I recently purchased a 2014 Kia Optima at Commonwealth Kia and the process could not have been easier. Edgar A is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I was interested in several different makes & models and he patiently showed me all the cars and answered all my questions. There was no pressure as I took some time to make my decision. The purchase process was very easy. The staff at Commonwealth did all the running and Edgar kept me updated on the status. When I picked up the car Edgar took all the time I needed for a full walk through and explanation of all the features. He has since followed up with me a couple of times. I am very pleased with the experience I had at Commonwealth Motors.
