by Steve on 11/27/2024Quoted nearly $6000 for the diagnostic and repairs. I asked what parts I needed and it was only one part A steering column $4100 they wanted and I was able to find it online from another Audi dealership in a different state for $2900. I… asked why they’re charging me $1300 more for the same part brand new and was told “we are a franchise dealership in Burlington. Other dealerships can determine their own prices for parts”. And they rip you off on the diagnostic cost, and labor cost compared to any of the mechanic any other mechanic. The dealership knows they have you in a vulnerable position. You need your car to live to get to woposition.rk and invested a tremendous amount of money and emotion into it and all they care about is ripping you off bleeding for every penny. They give Audi a bad name and I probably wouldn’t buy another Audi brand again. I don’t know who Herb Chambers is, but I guess he’s some guy who makes his money ripping off people who are in a vulnerable position.Hi Steve, we previously extended an offer to match the price of the part you located from another source. 90K check up — efficient, complete, polite

The 90K tune up, and car wash, was quicker then Derek estimated. He was great. They gave me a heads up on soon to… need tires. These guys are service aces

It's way more polished now than it used to be, but they still do a solid job on my car. On top of that, they're excellent… communicators who make reasonable commitments and then meet or exceed them. New battery and oil change experience

TDI warranty repair

During my last visit the shop worked on two of the three issues I brought up and didn’t even bother to… deal with the third issue ( oil low level) they actually gave me the car with the dashboard warning still on. We were looking to buy a q8 this year but due to my experience at Audi Burlington I decided to go with the BMW x6 which I bought over the weekend.Things are that bad at your service department.Hi Majdi - Thank you for taking the time to share this with us. INCOMPETENT TECHNICIANS
by Eric on 07/20/2023The service center failed to do a basic alignment twice in a span of 3 days. Both times they assured me it was all set and taken care - unfortunately that wasn't the case. They asked me to bring it back a 3rd time which is just laughable.… Absolutely mind-boggling to think I would let them touch the car again after the first two failed attempts. Avoid at all costs!Hi Eric, We have a brand new state-of-the-art alignment machine and very experienced personnel operating it. It is unfortunate that you elected to visit another shop that provided you with incorrect information after your purchase.
