INCOMPETENT TECHNICIANS

onThe service center failed to do a basic alignment twice in a span of 3 days. Both times they assured me it was all set and taken care - unfortunately that wasn't the case. They asked me to bring it back a 3rd time which is just laughable. Absolutely mind-boggling to think I would let them touch the car again after the first two failed attempts. Avoid at all costs!

Hi Eric, We have a brand new state-of-the-art alignment machine and very experienced personnel operating it. It is unfortunate that you elected to visit another shop that provided you with incorrect information after your purchase.
