TDI warranty repair

onTook 2 years trying to resolve the Add blue issue and at the end I was faced with arrogance from the worst customer service specialist. During my last visit the shop worked on two of the three issues I brought up and didn’t even bother to deal with the third issue ( oil low level) they actually gave me the car with the dashboard warning still on. We were looking to buy a q8 this year but due to my experience at Audi Burlington I decided to go with the BMW x6 which I bought over the weekend.Things are that bad at your service department.
