    I recently just bought a 2015 RAV4 here and couldn't be happier, no pressure buying experience. There was one flaw but they made good on it the car I bought wasn't in stock and would be about a week before they got it in so they threw in a free remote starter and I was happy. Then like 10 minutes later they called me and said they have the exact same car with black interior which was fine so I took the vehicle that day.
  • Great service great cars

    Marque helped us trade in two cars and lease three scions for our family this past summer. It was a complicated transaction but he was patient and honest with us. When he suggested the Scion lease as a good option for our kids, but didn't have one currently on his lot, we test drove the car at another dealership and returned to Marque and Herb Chambers to finish the deals. Happy to report 5 months later everyone is still thrilled with the cars. The TC's are sporty and powerful. Thanks to Marque and Chris in finance for processing everything so efficiently and professionally. We will be back!

  • Superior Buying Experience

    I have purchased five new cars from Herb Chambers Toyota Auburn (HCTA) over the years. Jimmy Eldean has assisted me with the last few purchases. Jimmy has a impressive Toyota knowledge base and is extremely professional and polite (a lost art). Emad Benelkour is the excellent manager that made all five of these vehicles sales happen. There was no pressure, a pleasant buying experience and straightforward trade values for my many purchases. That is what keeps me going back. The dealership has a great selection of vehicles with a top notch service department. I highly recommend HCTA to my family and friends and in my opinion that is the highest form of praise that can be given.

    I went to Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn to buy my first car. Greg Mathews was very personable and did not pressure me into a particular vehicle. He was honest and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at. He answered all my questions and made sure my Rav4 was well taken care of when I came to pick it up. Afterwards Greg followed up and made sure I was enjoying my new vehicle and to call him at anytime in case I had any questions or concerns. The sales manager did a majority of the negotiations with me and was a bit of a pain to deal with. The initial offer wasn't even close to the prices listed on the dealership's website and then he proceeded to dispute the prices after I showed him. Eventually he gave an acceptable offer, but that's part of the car buying experience I suppose. Overall though I would recommend this this dealership. It is a great atmosphere and the staff are very friendly.

    This is the third car I've purchased from Herb Chambers, and I'll continue to purchase from there! Not only did my salesperson Marque listen to my wish list and work within my price range, he actually got me into the car within a couple of days. Marque, along with the sales managers and finance director, Shawn, made a potentially complicated and painful early lease return an easy process. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was not only happy with my purchase, but that I wouldn't have to deal with any residual issues with Hyundai or my car insurance company. I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking about buying a car to work with Marque, or anyone at Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn.

  • Tim Dalton is the MAN!

    Got our fourth lease from Tim Dalton over the weekend. He is straightforward, knowledgeable, easy to deal with and quickly can determine a client's needs. In about two and a half hours we test drove three cars, made a selection and completed all financing and dealer paperwork. He knew we were going to the lot and met us at the entrance with a heated car to test drive. Answered questions clearly and honestly. Found exactly what we wanted and sealed the deal. I recommend Tim Dalton to every friend and family member looking for a new/used car sale or lease. I trust him and respect him. We find him to have integrity and class. I love the Klondike ice cream bars at the dealership and enjoy that they are complimentary. I find the dealership is inviting and professional. Unfortunately their coffee is horrible, but that's a small concession for a great car shopping experience. And did I say this is our fourth Toyota from Tim?

    When I gave Brandon my list for a much needed vehicle and in the price range I required he listened attentively without being pushy. He found me the perfect vehicle at the perfect price. When he showed my the car I loved it right away. It had all the features and amenities I wanted and more! He went over the Blue Tooth and Navigation system in a way that was easy to understand. I am now very happily driving a 2012 Nissan Sentra and would recommend Brandon to everyone I know.

    This was the best car buying experience ever, from start to finish. The reason why this was so pleasant was totally due to our salesman Wael. Unlike many car salesman, Wael was not high pressure, and he kept every promise he made. From the minute we walked in, Wael made us feel comfortable and welcome. He listened carefully to what we wanted and tried to match us with a vehicle that fulfilled our wish list. Although it was a very busy dealership, he took his time and it was clear that he truly cared about us and not just making the sale. Once we had selected the vehicle, Wael patiently walked us through the rest of the process, he explained all of our options and helped decide what was best for us. He went out of his way to make sure all of our requests were met, he was honest, upfront, kind and patient. These are adjectives you would normally not associate with a car buying experience. There were no unexpected surprises and we received a followup phone call the next day, just to ensure we were enjoying our vehicle and to see if we had any questions about its operation or features. With Wael as its ambassador, Herb Chambers Toyota has won me as a loyal costumer and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

    I bought a 2014 Toyota Corolla s plus. The sales rep and g.s.m Emad Benelkour and his team were amazing. They did everything possible so I could drive away in the exact car I wanted. They were helpful kinda and dedicated to help me. These guys love there job and that's why I continually purchase my vehicles from them. My favorite part was the car I wanted was on the showroom floor and they drove it out I felt so special that day. And every time I come in for service everyone is great. I love her chambers toyota

  • I was treated with respect!

    After a horrible experience at another dealership that made me feel like a second class citizen, Kevin Reid of Herb Chambers Chrysler of Millbury suggested I go here. I took his advice and I couldn't be happier. I was greeted at the door by Jimmy and Samantha already had everything set up for me. I was short on time my first trip there but I already knew I would be buying from them. I came back the next day, drove the car I was interested in and then Jimmy showed me another car that I wasn't sure I was going to like... But it turns out I LOVED it! The whole team knew exactly what I wanted. Then came time to talk numbers, which is the part I hate. Dylan made this so painless. There wasn't too much "back and forth" and we agreed on a price. Then came finance. All the paperwork was explained in a way that even I could understand it. I ended up getting an extended warranty, key replacement, tire protection and gap insurance and Andi did everything he could to keep my payments exactly where I wanted them to be.I kind of got upset thinking I wasn't going to be able to take my new car home that day but Jimmy worked his magic and I drove away in my brand new Corolla! All in all I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. I will definitely be referring all of my friends to come here. Thank you Samantha, Jimmy, Dylan, Andi and Kevin!

I would like to start by saying if your looking for a dealership that will go the extra mile to satisfy than look no further. The service and level of courtesy there left us feeling like we were family. Daniel Bortolussi is the GM there.   • terrible experience

    Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn, MA is staffed by [non-permissible content removed] and people without ethical integrity. I negotiated the price of a new Toyota Tacoma on-line, and then went into the dealership to discuss the details. My salesman was John Bellofatto, who was generally nice and apologetic about everything that I am about to describe. So, I negotiated the terms of the lease aggressively, and came to an agreement with Stephane Jovin(Sales Manager). At this point, I was transferred to Shawn Merrick (Finance Manager), who brings up the paperwork and shows me a monthly payment based on purchasing the truck at full MSRP of $34.5k, instead of the negotiated price of $31k. When I proceeded to explain that this was not right, he called in his boss, the General Sales Manager, who tried to make it seem as if I was confused and didn’t understand basic math (I’m a mechanical engineer), and also couldn’t understand why I was upset about this. So, magically the numbers changed and they brought the monthly payment down to what had been agreed. So, I signed the lease agreement and the State of MA vehicle purchase contract and left the dealership to wait for a call when my truck was ready. They called back 5 days later, saying I had to come in and “re-sign the lease agreement”, which is a classic car dealer scam if you google that phrase. So, I go in, and after waiting for over an hour, Stephane Jovin(Sales Manager) comes over and tells me that the lease didn’t get approved by the financing company, so they need me to sign a new lease for $100 more per month. I asked him: “So, you filled out all the information for a lease agreement and a purchase contract and signed it without running my information through the leasing company?” and he says “Oh well, I guess that was a mistake on our part”. To which I replied “What I know is that the State of MA Vehicle Purchase Contract that you signed is a legally binding contract and any attempt on your part to not honor it constitutes a breach of contract, so you have two options: 1. Give me the deal I negotiated, without any changes, or 2. I contact my lawyer and sue the dealership for breach of contract”. So, he walks away, and talks with his boss, the General Sales Manager), and then comes back over and says “We called up the dealership General Manager (Dan Bortolussi), and he agreed to take a loss (what a joke) on the truck and honor the original contract…as if they are doing me a favor. So, not only are the folks at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn, MA dishonest, they also engage in illegal activity to try and trick people into new contracts. I’m lucky I did my research and realized the scam they were trying to pull. Do not give them your business; they are highly unethical and a [non-permissible content removed].

    I always have gotten great service at this dealership. I have been doing business here for over 15yrs. I have never sent a review until now but It's way over due. You make everything so easy. Your service staff is courteous,knowledgeable, and quick. I have never been disappointed, only amazed at how great the whole staff is, year after year.
