We encountered a nail in our tire, and our service representative provided a comprehensive discussion of the available repair options and their respective costs. The tire was repaired in less than an hour, and we were additionally offered a complimentary car wash.     This dealership has great service advisors. I made an appointment the night before my requested appointment and requested a loaner. Upon my arrival, I was met at my car and greeted in the service bay then directed to my service advisor. Within minutes, my advisor Terrence Savoy, warmly greeted me, got the paperwork ready and had a 2025 X1 ready for me. Terrence shared with me the extent of the work was pretty big and that he would keep in touch with me with updates. Terrence kept his word and my vehicle was ready based on the timeframe promised. I have utilized this dealership several times and have never been disappointed.

    I had a frustrating experience with BMW of Silverspring when my new 2023 BMW X1 developed power system issues. Despite their condescending attitude and less-than-stellar performance, they claimed to have fixed the issue. However, it reoccurred less than a month later. Seeking a better service elsewhere, I turned to BMW of Towson and had the pleasure of meeting Chris Everrit. Unlike the staff at Silverspring, Chris was exceptional in every way. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. He provided frank and honest assistance without resorting to technical jargon or deceptive tactics. I highly recommend Chris for his professionalism, expertise, and customer-centric approach.

  • Quickest Oil Change Ever

    I scheduled an appt online and arrived about 30 minutes early. There was one advisor available to assist me as I did not schedule with a particular advisor. He got off at 3:30pm. Instead of passing me off to someone else, he was gracious enough to take me. We shared a couple of jokes and laughs and I was out in under 40 minutes.

    The service technician failed to put the oil fill cap back on. Driving down I 85 in NC the oil fill level warning came on. Luckily I found it on top of the radiator. I went to an Advance Auto Parts and they had synthetic oil. The manual doesn’t tell you anything about synthetic. So, I called BMW of Towson and started on my journey of being bounced around. No one could tell me the oil spec or even care. After talking to 2 young ladies, finally a young lady by the name of Katlin helped me and went the extra mile for me! I got the spec 0-20 and on my way. She told me about the reset and measurement. On the first two attempts no one called me back.

  • Disappointed with many aspects of service department

    First BMW servicing at this dealership. No mats put on floors. Car came back smelling like tires and oil with windows down. Not the way it was dropped off. Asked if the car could be washed and was told unit was not working which is what they have told me the past 3 times I stopped in for complimentary car wash. Service rep couldn’t answer any questions. Hmmm… Not nearly the standard I am used to from other BMW dealerships; rather surprised.

    I was really impressed w the level of attention to the recent service I received on my 430i - they kept car until they figured out what was wrong. And Towson BMW gave me the courtesy of a loaner for the 10 days while they fixed the car. Very impressed.
