I had a frustrating experience with BMW of Silverspring when my new 2023 BMW X1 developed power system issues. Despite their condescending attitude and less-than-stellar performance, they claimed to have fixed the issue. However, it reoccurred less than a month later. Seeking a better service elsewhere, I turned to BMW of Towson and had the pleasure of meeting Chris Everrit. Unlike the staff at Silverspring, Chris was exceptional in every way. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. He provided frank and honest assistance without resorting to technical jargon or deceptive tactics. I highly recommend Chris for his professionalism, expertise, and customer-centric approach.
