They do an overall assessment of everything on my car & make recommendations but never push or scare me into having repairs. I showed Jim and he agreed and said he could have them to re do...but I didn't have time. It had already… been 2 hours for an oil change. Now I have to come back. Courtney (servicewomen) was excellent in helping me out with getting a rental car so I would be able to get back… and forth to work, while waiting for the parts to come in for my vehicle. The communication was great as well, she kept me informed of what was going on with the service by calling everyday. I would definitely send family and friends to this dealership for services to their vehicles, and tell them to ask for Courtney.Great Experience

by Terry Smith on 09/06/2018My sons 2016 Chevy Cruze developed a problem en route from home in Connecticut to school in Baltimore, MD(Loyola University). About halfway there on The New Jersey Turnpike the check engine light came on and a loud squealing noise developed… under the hood. We looked up Chevy Dealers in the Baltimore area and found Auto Nation. It was Labor Day Weekend but Brennen in Service couldn’t have been more reassuring or helpful. We left the car in the night drop after he told us what he thought the problem might be and said the car would be able to be driven. He followed up with us on The Tuesday after Labor Day and made a bad thing as best as possible. He was exactly correct in his diagnosis of the car and fixed it to better than new.We're so happy we were able to help you out! Three perceptions: (1) the salesman was knowledgable about the 2016 Volt and provided straightforward answers to technical and cost questions; (2) Terms & conditions were carefully explained; (3) and, the… negotiated price was fair. In all, it was a good experience - the team provided calm, no pressure advice. After driving the car for a day, malfunctions forced me to bring it to the dealer to repair. As such, my only concern was the pre-delivery inspection - the Volt is a very complex computer based vehicle whereby expanded pre-checks should be considered.
