The sales agents were friendly and helpful but not pushy. We got a very fair deal on our trade-in.… They were very helpful in working through all the paperwork to transfer ownership and insurance and registration. Financing was very easy and a better rate than my regular bank was able to offer. The showroom was open and pleasant and clean. 2011 Chevy Suburban

Our salesman was Mr. Ben W., he was very helpful, knowledgeable and did everything to make sure our buying experience went smooth. I consistently emailed him questions and he would… respond promptly. By the time my husband and I showed up he had all the paperwork completed, the vehicle had been inspected, cleaned and gased. He had no problem staying late in the pouring rain to assist us. Yes, I know he was selling the vehicle but under the circumstances he could of had us come on the weekend. He was very knowledge and very patient. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Ben.Wonderful Trustworthy Service !

The technicians and the wonderful service writers documented why I did not need that… yet. Wow and because of being treated so honorably you can count on I will buy from AutoNation Timonium when those repairs are warranted. As a comparative reference I used to go to a local national chain and every time I went in the bill was huge. One day I put the $ 2,500 recommendation on pause and went out and got a Maryland State inspection. The inspection reported that I did not need any of the $ 2,500 recommendation but I did need them to replace the leaky struts they had put on the repair before. Bottom Line: Trust Is Everything In Auto Repair ! Thank You !2013 Avalanche Purchase and Delivery

Ordered unit and seems there could have been better delivery status and updates with actual dates. FedEx and UPS does this for a $5 package and this couldn't… be done on a $50K vehicle? Not sure how closely the dealer went over the setup of the Avalanche, for instance the zone for the compass wasn't set up for the area where the vehicle is to reside; a detailed checklist with actual initials oh what was done and who did it would be nice to have. Certain options could have been gone over in more detail, for instance the towing package and how to use it. Never had one before and assumed it would be straight forward but it turns out there are many settings I didn't know about - auto braking on inclines. All good stuff but didn't know what all it meant when it first happened.Excellence
