My sons 2016 Chevy Cruze developed a problem en route from home in Connecticut to school in Baltimore, MD(Loyola University). About halfway there on The New Jersey Turnpike the check engine light came on and a loud squealing noise developed under the hood. We looked up Chevy Dealers in the Baltimore area and found Auto Nation. It was Labor Day Weekend but Brennen in Service couldn’t have been more reassuring or helpful. We left the car in the night drop after he told us what he thought the problem might be and said the car would be able to be driven. He followed up with us on The Tuesday after Labor Day and made a bad thing as best as possible. He was exactly correct in his diagnosis of the car and fixed it to better than new.
