My overall experience was wonderful. I took my car to the dealership in Timonium because my air conditioner would not get cold. Courtney (servicewomen) was excellent in helping me out with getting a rental car so I would be able to get back and forth to work, while waiting for the parts to come in for my vehicle. The communication was great as well, she kept me informed of what was going on with the service by calling everyday. I would definitely send family and friends to this dealership for services to their vehicles, and tell them to ask for Courtney.
