If you are lookong for a sales person who is caring, patient, committed, dedicated amd not just tryong to sell… a car for his personal gains Ron Askew is the man. Ron takes time to get to know and undstand your needs and puts the time in to make sure they are met. He does his homework and he really does whst is needed to make sure your needs are met. This is my second time working with Ron and I would highly recommend him. Ron really goes above and beyond! LindaLinda, thank you for your kind review. A desirable experience
by DJ on 09/20/2020It all started with an online search for my birthday gift from my wife and we landed at BMW of Silver Spring as they appeared to have the better selection of used BMWs that matched what we were in the market for. Right from the young lady… that greeted us at the front door to karen Herbert, our sales advisor, then finally Iso, the finance guy, it was such a pleasant experience! Yes, the cars are pricey, which is why we went for a used vehicle in the first place, but you definitely get your money's worth in the services they offer to keep your car in pristine condition. It feels so good coming back to the BMW family after testing the Nissan and VW family out for a bit and will highly recommend this dealership and saleswoman to anyone in the market for a BMW.Dj, thank you for your support! He made it happen in a timely manner and got me literally everything… that I wanted, discount wise. I know that companies have to make something off customers, but I left that day with a great deal and an even better BMW. Ron was an awesome salesman who was not only a salesman but a human. I have to say that our Client Advisor, Mr. Harold Shelby is a knowledgeable, intuitive, class act. My husband and I started looking at vehicles about a month and a… half ago. Harold kept in touch with us as we did our due diligence and researched comparable vehicles. Throughout the process, he has been incredibly responsive and transparent. He has been a true joy to work with and he has definitely earned our business for any BMWs we might purchase in the future. My review would not be complete if I did not talk about Sheriff Akeju, the BMW Genius. My husband and I are pretty tech savvy, but the technology in today’s vehicles - especially in BMWs is very sophisticated, offers a myriad of benefits and, in my opinion, requires the time and expertise of a specialist to educate a new owner. Sheriff spent at least two hours orienting us to my new new X3M and he was an invaluable part of this entire experience. Harold, Sheriff and the rest of the team at BMW of Silver Spring made this a great car buying experience - the collective expertise Of our team was fantastic.
