It all started with an online search for my birthday gift from my wife and we landed at BMW of Silver Spring as they appeared to have the better selection of used BMWs that matched what we were in the market for. Right from the young lady that greeted us at the front door to karen Herbert, our sales advisor, then finally Iso, the finance guy, it was such a pleasant experience! Yes, the cars are pricey, which is why we went for a used vehicle in the first place, but you definitely get your money's worth in the services they offer to keep your car in pristine condition. It feels so good coming back to the BMW family after testing the Nissan and VW family out for a bit and will highly recommend this dealership and saleswoman to anyone in the market for a BMW.
