Great All Around Sales Experience!

I had a great all around sales experience with Harold Shelby at BMW of Silver Spring. From the moment I meet him, he was patient, knowledgeable about my model and answered all my questions. There was no pressure and I feel I received a great deal. Harold arranged an after sales Q&A session after delivery making it an all around sales experience. I am truly satisfied.
