After finding a car on Car Gurus that I wanted to look at, I contacted BMW of Silver Spring. Within minutes I was put in contact with Ron Askew and informed him I'd come in that day to test drive. When I got there Ron had the keys for the car and setup my car to be appraised. He asked me what I wanted and fulfilled his part . Great sales rep for listening and communicating with the client!
