I got a good price for the trade in and a great discount on the… brand new X7. Could not be happier! Mr Gen was very informative and efficient on the financing part of the deal. While I was waiting I saw how he treated another customer and I was impressed. I walked up to… his desk and said when I am ready to trade in my car (2014 535I) I am going to come and see you. We engaged in conversation about what I am currently driving and what my future options could be for a newer year and model. I was open to his questions and decided to move forward. He even recommended the coating to keep my black car extra shiny. Needless to say I went home in a new 530I X drive, and an amazing deal. I enjoyed his style so much that I have already started referring friends, and colleagues to him. I have been coming to this location for 3 years and I always receive the best customer service. I have purchased and owned cars from numerous makes and none have compared to the buying process and post-sales service I have encountered here. Andy Alexis will be… my go-to salesman for any future purchases and comes highly recommended. Communication was great the entire process, and quick responses were always appreciated. Scheduling a test drive was simple and completing all the paperwork was fast, I value my time and this was much appreciated. The finance manager Pedro Delgado was also fantastic to work with. Communication was clear, and he presented me with all my available options but did not pressure me into buying a service. This is definitely the best BMW dealership D.C. The best salesperson I’ve ever had!
by Robin Maria on 12/04/2020The car I purchased was a bit expensive but reasonable based on the features I got and the luxury rode. 2nd reason the sales associate Ruchelle “Desirea” Jackson @ Silver Springs, MD BMW was literally the best salesperson I’ve ever… encountered. I’ve purchased 9 cars since I was 19 yrs old. Almost all of them try to sell me something I don’t want that’s over priced. They trained me to Research everything from my trade in value to the goin value (nada guides, Kelley blue book and Edmonds) of the car I seek to purchase. It can be exhausting. She found out what I wanted, had me test drive it, genuinely cared what I liked/disliked and found the exact car I wanted close to the price I needed to pay. She was smart and knew what wasn’t possible. But she thought of smart ways for us both to compromise. She’s a true asset to the BMW dealership.Robin Maria, thank you for your support! She is such an upbeat person and wants to make sure you are getting the… perfect car for you. Karen is not your stereotypical pushy salesperson. She is not only a true professional but also makes you feel like she is your best friend helping you. You can tell she really cares and wants to make sure you are happy with everything, including the price. She took the time to review everything and kept checking in on us while we were waiting for all the paperwork to be completed. We couldn’t not have been happier with Karen and her outstanding customer service which is hard to come by these days. Karen even put the temporary tag on the car for us. We must say the entire staff was helpful including Max, the sales manager and finance team. They were all top notch and made it fun to buy a car!! Best Car Buying Experience Ever

In two short phone calls we had the price fully negotiated and all that was left was go for a test drive and value the trade in. Karen has been in the… business for a long time and was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also very personable and a true professional. She is all about customer service, is not pushy at all and was like dealing with a lifelong friend. Max Moyer, the Sales Manager, was also excellent. Iso Ebong, financing, rounded out a great overall experience. Karen, Max and Iso made the whole experience enjoyable and we drove away feeling great about our purchase and the deal we got. Called Karen Herbert at 9am, by 10:30 am she had located by dream car... a M240i convertible, the exact exterior and interior color. She called my wife and I and… informed us she located the exact vehicle I wanted. Scheduled an appointment for the next day, took care of the paperwork and went home a very satisfied and happy person. Karen's knowledge and breadth of experience in the industry allowed for this to be one of the best experiences for us in purchasing a vehicle without hassle. Karen is number 1!
