BMW of Silver Spring has been the best car buying experience I ever had. I have purchased and owned cars from numerous makes and none have compared to the buying process and post-sales service I have encountered here. Andy Alexis will be my go-to salesman for any future purchases and comes highly recommended. Communication was great the entire process, and quick responses were always appreciated. Scheduling a test drive was simple and completing all the paperwork was fast, I value my time and this was much appreciated. The finance manager Pedro Delgado was also fantastic to work with. Communication was clear, and he presented me with all my available options but did not pressure me into buying a service. This is definitely the best BMW dealership D.C. Metro in the area - and I have gone to three other locations trying to locate a specific build.
