I experienced exquisite customer service from Karen Herbert at BMW of Silver Spring who know her craft inside and out and helped to make my experience an excellent one! I will never purchase a luxury vehicle from anyone else. She is the epitome of professionalism and genuinely caring. I love my new vehicle and couldn't be happier with the entire process!
