    I went to look at a 2020 Jeep Cherokee for $ 19900, very nice car, but by the time they were done with all the extra charges it would have cost me $ 26000. After my $ 1000 trade in and a $ 2000 down payment. They do know how to get you in the door, I drove all the way from York Pa. But they sure know how to turn things around. Definitely not recommend them

    Contacted them about a car online listed for $46,485 all of a sudden the car is $48,485. Fortunately I took a screen shot of the listing before I called. It is a Tesla salesmen knew nothing about it couldn't even turn it on. You guys keep it.

    Mr Richard Berger is the best on the service team. he is very attentive, knowledgeable, kind and will get you in and out in a hurry! I bought my Audi here a year ago and I am glad I didnt go anywhere else. Everyone that works there is A1 and are friendly and personable.     We meet Ehiabhi Egboh "E" when we first visited all though we were just starting to look we were not ready to buy he was very accommodating he was very informative of all his cars. He showed us a lot of choices and we went and did our research. When we were ready E meet with us and we made our selection with no pressure. Once we did E did his best to get us taken care of in a timely manor. We will definitely purchase from them again.

    While shopping for the best deal on a used Tacoma, I came across a few great deals from this dealer. They had the model and color truck I was looking for at a newer year and lowest miles so I submitted an inquiry. I was contacted by Sharon who verified the truck was still available and she made arrangements for me to take a test drive during my lunch break from work. In a timely fashion we closed the deal. The next evening after work I dropped off my rental and drove home in my shiny, slightly used Tacoma. Everyone is impressed with my new wheels and the price I paid for it. If you're in the market for great deal on a vehicle, make sure to check Exclusive Motor Cars and ask for Sharon.

    I went in to meet with Kyle Patrick about test driving a Kia Cadenza. He was very helpful and answered all my questions I had about the vehicle. I was debating on multiple cars, and he helped me narrow my options down to select the vehicle that was best for me. This was my first time going to a dealership and it was a great experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is car shopping because they gave me a great experience.

    I am not happy with the way this company let me leave without a SIM card it makes radio sxm navigation cruise control Bluetooth I would never recommend this place ever they would not help me to be happy they acted like they were doing me a favor I drove from New York 5 hours she didn’t even fill the gas tank all the way. I had to drive home with no navigation and no radio If anyone asked where I got car I would tell not to buy a car from this place I give her no stars

    Purchased a pre-owned vehicle and after having only a night I noticed there was something questionable about the brakes. I was supposed to come in on Saturday and get it checked out, but Mr. Richard to the rescue told me to come in back and that he and his team can square me away today! Awesome service, much appreciated and I’m glad I purchased my car here!

    Richard was a good serviceman to me today at Exclusive Motor Cars Randallstown. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Richard was awesome everything went smoothly. I would recommend this dealership anytime.

    The car i purchased was wonderful and have no complaints. However dealing with the staff is quite painfull. Issues getting tags and titles are handled poorly with hidden fees that they insist you pay months after the purchase or they will not issue a tag. The sales manager Chelsea has poor customer serive and problem solving skills. She also refuses to transfer you to anyone else in the dealership and refers to herself as "the end of the line". Would not recommend the dealership to anyone. I will be taking this to arbitration as well as contacting the owner James.

    My husband and I came to look at a used car. It was my husbands first time buying a car and I hadn't bought a car in a significant amount of time. Everything went really smoothly, or so I thought. We were rushed through the paperwork and when my husband would ask about the cost, we were deflected. In hindsight, we shouldn't have been so naive. We selected a 66 month payment plan and believed our loan was around 23k. Mind you, this was for a USED car with 35k miles on it!!! Today our loan package came in the mail. We were hit with the knowledge that we are paying 28 thousand dollars for this USED car on a 72 month payment plan. WTF!!!!! I feel swindled and honestly think I'll be reporting this company to the BBB. It should be illegal to do this.

    My daughter purchased a 2016 Malibu from this dealership and was told incorrect information concerning the extended warranty that was purchased with the car for $2000.00. We were assured this warranty was bumper to bumper, it is not - it is only a power-train warranty. There has already been issues with the car (a problem shifting it in gear) and this is not covered under the warranty and the sales person we were dealing with is no longer with the company. So now when we call the dealership, we are placed on hold and then disconnected (numerous times when calling Chelsea). Also, the tags on the car expire in 6 days - again we have called Chelsea, been put on hold, and then disconnected. Then when calling back get put right into voicemail, with no return call.

    I was all set to drive down and purchase a CRV. Salesman was responsive and seemed honest.I asked if any other charges than quoted on True Car certificate would apply, was told no unless I wanted purchase add on’s. Just before wife and I left I decided to check the Yelp site for reviews. All the yelp reviews complain of mandatory undisclosed fee added from $1500.00 to $2500.00. I called Exclusive Motorcars and left a message asking about the fees I read about. The manager called me and said YES, there is a minimum 1500 dollar fee for their certification if I buy the car. He said it is not “mandatory”...if you don’t purchase the vehicle then you don’t have to pay it. Typical bait and switch, beware! I contacted True Car as this practice is not allowed on their service. I was highly disappointed but happy I found this out before driving 3 hours for nothing.

    The Service Dept. is fast and friendly. I was able to get in during my appointment time that was scheduled. Mr. Deryl Bannerman at the Randallstown, MD location was very knowledgeable and helpful while I waited to have my car serviced.

    Upon entering Exclusive Motors in Randanllstown I spoke with the receptionist Lakisha. Lakisha is the first impression for Exclusive. She asked me what kind of car I was interested in. Then we had a little small talk which calmed me down. Lakisha the took me over to car salesman Robert who sat me down took my information and the we test drove a 2016 Chrysler 300. After the test drive we went back to Robert desk. He asked me why was I so nervous. I explained to him that my previous car buying experience was not the best. He told me that I had nothing to worry about. Finally it was time for financing. Rosevelt took me to his office and we went over my loan. I was pleasantly surprised with the deal that they put together for me. I say all that to say I am satisfied. Thank you to everyone that helped me. I will buy my next car from here.
