Dealership Sales Review
My daughter purchased a 2016 Malibu from this dealership and was told incorrect information concerning the extended warranty that was purchased with the car for $2000.00. We were assured this warranty was bumper to bumper, it is not - it is only a power-train warranty. There has already been issues with the car (a problem shifting it in gear) and this is not covered under the warranty and the sales person we were dealing with is no longer with the company. So now when we call the dealership, we are placed on hold and then disconnected (numerous times when calling Chelsea). Also, the tags on the car expire in 6 days - again we have called Chelsea, been put on hold, and then disconnected. Then when calling back get put right into voicemail, with no return call.
