    Disappointing Experience with a 2020 GLE 350** I recently purchased a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I drove off the lot, I noticed issues with the brake caliper. I’ve taken the car back to the dealership three times for repairs, and each time I was assured that the problem was fixed. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. The brake caliper issue persists, and the dealership is now asking me to pay $5,000 to ensure that the problem doesn't return. This is unacceptable after only a few months of ownership. Additionally, I’ve been waiting for a navigation update that the dealership promised would take just two weeks. It’s now been four months, and I still have not received any updates or solutions regarding this issue. To make matters worse, the car makes a loud, embarrassing noise while driving, which is extremely annoying and has left me feeling self-conscious every time I hit the road. I paid $35,000 for a car that was supposed to come with functional features and reliable service, but instead, I’ve dealt with ongoing problems and a lack of support. I grew up believing that Mercedes-Benz represented the pinnacle of quality and luxury, but my experience with this dealership and my GLE 350 has shattered that perception. I hope future buyers have a better experience then I did.

  • Car malfunction

    I do not know why, but I was driving and my car just changed from automatic to manual. So I called and got my car towed by Mercedes-Benz roadside( which customer service was awesome) to Catonsville. There my service provider Yousef let me know when they received my vehicle, when it was inspected, and an estimated time to fix / cost of repair. Unfortunately I needed a new cylinder head, thankfully it was covered under warranty and it only took a couple of days to repair. The customer service from Yousef and his team is unmatched. I could and would never go any where else but Catonsville Mercedes-Benz to service my vehicle. I have a GLB 250 automatic. Once I received my car back it drove like I just got it. It’s like that every time. This is my first Mercedes and I don’t see me ever buying another brand of vehicle. I have 100% satisfaction every time.

  • Worst experience ever

    Worst experience ever at a repair shop. Was told they would look at my vehicle on a Tues. dropped it off on Mon night and rented a car for the week. Fri, they still had not looked at my vehicle. I could have used my vehicle and not had to rent a vehicle the whole week. I had taken it in to have a sensor fixed. While my vehicle was in the shop they broke an additional part, that was not an issue beforehand, that cost 3x the original repair. The part that was broken then made my vehicle "undrivable" and would need to be towed if I wanted to take it somewhere else. This left me with my vehicle stuck at their shop and at the mercy of them. Would give 0 stars if available. Would not recommend. All previous experiences with Mercedes dealerships have been excellent. This one is horrible.

    My family has been going for years and always the best service! They get things done and always treat us like VIPs which I notice they do for everyone. Today Yousef my advisor and helped with a emergency blown tire in and out in an hour. I called ahead and he was ready for me as soon as the tow truck pulled into the shop. 5 stars as always!

  • Horrible Customer Service

    EXTREMELY disappointed at the lack of responsiveness from this dealership. I have been here multiple times and this is by far the worst experience ever from this dealership or any dealership. Through out the time they had my car I had to call them. Often times I had to leave messages and never received a call back so I ended up calling again. Finally when I go pick my car up after a week (they did have to order parts, so keeping it a week was not the issue) I get in and the console lid is broke and some Versace cologne is inside. I do not wear this cologne...it is not mine. I bring this to their attention. They tell me they have to look at videos, talk to technicians, etc and will call. Three days later...no calls. Im calling them and either leaving a message or when I do talk to someone they are waiting on the manager to get back to them. Im heading up there now to get my car...fixed or not. But I will NEVER return to this 3rd class dealership again.

    I like to take my car to Catonsville for the services because I feel safe knowing it's in the dealers hands. Great staff and I love working with my service advisor Andre Agape. He explains all the needed services and is helpful from beginning to end. Also Catonsville always run good specials so you can get discounted services. I absolutely love the fact that they have loaners available that I can use while getting my service. Nothing but great things to say about my experiences. They have fast, neat, knowledgeable mechanics. I really like going there I feel safe in my advisor Andre's care and happy and safe when my car is there...

    It is expensive. It was a bit much for some spark plugs. There was a disconnect in understanding I wanted to meet my new service advisor. I sat for 40 minutes once my car was signed in as a drop off.

  • Don’t do it RUDE DISRESPECTFUL

    I had an absolutely horrendous experience with the Catonsville Mercedes Benz dealership. I brought my 2017 c63s in for repairs, and not only did they fail to completely fix the issues, but they also ended up robbing me for my car. They made a mistake on their end, and then tried to charge me an absurd amount of $116,000 for it. To make matters worse, the service manager was incredibly rude and uninviting throughout the entire process. I felt like I was constantly being brushed off and dismissed, and my concerns were never taken seriously. When I tried to escalate the issue to the general manager, things only got worse. The general manager contacted me and was blatantly rude and disrespectful. He even went so far as to threaten to destroy my vehicle, which was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. Overall, I would strongly advise against doing business with the Catonsville Mercedes Benz dealership. They clearly do not value their customers, and their service is subpar at best. Save yourself the time, money, and hassle, and take your business elsewhere.
