Dealership Service Review
I do not know why, but I was driving and my car just changed from automatic to manual. So I called and got my car towed by Mercedes-Benz roadside( which customer service was awesome) to Catonsville. There my service provider Yousef let me know when they received my vehicle, when it was inspected, and an estimated time to fix / cost of repair. Unfortunately I needed a new cylinder head, thankfully it was covered under warranty and it only took a couple of days to repair. The customer service from Yousef and his team is unmatched. I could and would never go any where else but Catonsville Mercedes-Benz to service my vehicle. I have a GLB 250 automatic. Once I received my car back it drove like I just got it. It’s like that every time. This is my first Mercedes and I don’t see me ever buying another brand of vehicle. I have 100% satisfaction every time.
