    After countless Mercedes leases I can definitively say if you are looking for a Mercedes, there is absolutely no need to look at another dealership. Mercedes of Catonsville has the the best pricing, the best staff and the VERY BEST customer service - PERIOD! Taylor, our sales professional, is exactly what you would want (but never ever get at another dealership) - kind, patient, and knowledgeable!     Koons Mercedes of Cantonville Maryland has great customer service. My sales rep Reggie addressed all my needs and explained everything about the car and their dealership which made me feel very comfortable purchasing a car from them. I drove 2 hours to look at the car I wanted and it was exactly what was advertised. I highly recommend this dealership and Reggie.

  • Excellent Customer Service

    Adrean helped me to find a car that met all of my needs, and at a price that was within the range of what is published on multiple websites. He sent me an email with a professionally shot video of the car and a list of all of the added features. I responded, “ I don’t like the color.” I was expecting a response saying something like, “sorry I couldn’t help you.” Instead (although it was freezing cold outside) I received a text message from Adrean with a video he shot himself showing me a car that was just delivered to the dealership. There was some dirt on the tires and Adrean’s narration included an apology for that and added that the car was at the back of the lot. A day or two later, Adrean called me and we discussed when I could come to the dealership to see the car. I said that I could be there in about an hour. … remember that comment about it being cold? Well it was colder this day. I arrived and expected to have to walk through the lot so that I could see the car. As we chatted inside, Adrean joked that he got the car as close to the showroom floor as possible. I laughed and then we walked outside. The car was literally 3 or 4 steps from the door. I was not expecting to buy a car that day. But I did. And Adrean made the experience pleasant. I highly recommend working with him. He gave me the time and space I needed to make an informed decision. Also, I came back the next day to wrap up a few items regarding my trade-in. All (yes, all!) of the staff were very friendly and there was zero confusion about why I was back that evening.

    I've been waiting for 11 months for this dealership to complete my registration. I've called and emailed repeatedly and they don't respond. After completion of the post-purchase survey, they don't seem to care about serving their customers.

  • Sleaziest Used Cars Sales People I Have Ever Dealt With

    I agreed to buy a car for $43K over the phone with pre-owned car sales manager Destin Kahl. We made an appointment for me to come in later in the day to sign the paper work and pick up the car. I called my insurance agent and got the insurance coverage. Then Destin Kahl called me a hour later telling me that he sold my car to someone else for $1000 more. I know many used car sales people are sleazy. But at Mercedez Benz dealer, the most senior sales manager of the store, and for just a thousand bucks? It's guys like Destin Kahl that give all used car salesmen a bad name. Be careful when you deal with them. I am going to file a complaint against him with the store owner and Mercedes Benz USA.

    Made agreement with the salesman Mr. Epps to purchase a vehicle over the internet and through email correspondence. We agreed I would wire full payment the next morning. I received an email 2 hours later saying they sold vehicle. Mr. Destin, the sales manager, said our agreement was not valid despite all the emails showing the reciprocal agreement. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS!! Hard to believe this happened at a Mercedes Dealership!

    I went to this dealership for servicing of my old Merc 2012 C300 4Matic. When I inquired, I got interested in a 2016 C300 4Matic. I was there for one whole day more than 10 hours. I was given a car to test drive and my car was coming from Owings Mills. They made me do all paper work, they even worked out pricing and every other stuff. I kept requesting the sales rep that i want to test drive before i purchase the car but the sales rep kept assuring me that my car is exactly the same as the car i was test driving then. When my car came in at 8 pm, i had to take it and leave. Once i drove and used it, i came to know that the car what i purchased doesnt have many features which were there in the car i test drove. We were never told what features the car has, what packages the car has? worst sales experience ever i had. On top of that, when i went to them and told about the difference between the cars, they came back blaming me only that i did not tell them what all i need in car. I told them all the time you guys kept telling me that my car will be exactly the same as the car i was test driving and it had all the features i wanted, so why would i ask for extra features? they are not even listening to me. this is my 02nd merc and now i am damn sure i should have gone back to my old dealership only. WORST EVER DEALERSHIP I EVER CAME ACROSS. will never recommend to anyone infact will stop a friend if they are going to this dealership.

    This is the worst dealer I ever seen in my life. Two of the sales managers are very unethical and have very mean attitude. I visit them because they email me claiming that they have big sales over the weekend. After I spent an hour filling in my personal & financial information and test drove the car, one of the manager first said that the price they have in website is a price error, however he will honor the price. However after I call my wife and have her to bring the check and required documents to buy this car, the manager suddenly claimed that he can't decide this price and need to get approval from his manager. The even worst thing is that when my wife finally arrive and we are doing the final check of the car, the manager of the manager call the sales person back and told him that they won't sell us the car. Non of both of these managers talked to us and apologize, not even told us what price they want to sell. We are sent out of door right away. We have been treat [violative content deleted]. What a nightmare experience. This is the worst two hours experience I ever have in my life time. I would go buy BMW instead of Mercedes Benz now.

    I purchased a 2014 MB E250. Sales team not at all co-operative. Also very cunning to manipulate and steal the sales. Will never ever buy or service from this Dealer. STAY AWAY!!!

    Had a wonderful experience of buying my first MB. While never pushy Dennis assisted me with buying the car of my dreams. Him and Destin went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Dennis was always very upfront about all costs involved and very knowledgeable about the car I was considering. Once I made the decision, Ty made sure all paperwork was completed with no hassle, and he was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks to Dennis, I have my first MB and the model I have always wanted !

    Few months back I send out price quote to different dealership around Maryland including Mercedes Benz of Baltimore, which I completely duplicate of my experience I encounter with this dealership. Few things I can say about my experience about this dealer that their internet sales folks do not know how to qualify customer. One of the person I dealt with was complete an arrogant and thought that the price I was asking with other discounts I normally qualify and got them from other Mercedes dealer they it was complete fabricated. He thought I never own a Mercedes. This was not the first time I am buying a Mercedes Benz in my life. Actually almost similar attitude I got from R & H Mercedes (another Mercedes Dealer in Baltimore) and they still had those two GL in their inventory for few months by curiosity I checked the dealer inventory after I bought my GL. Last the least you don't want to wait two months or more to get back your prospective customer. This is an internet age and barely people go to the dealership to kick tires these days.
