    James was incredibly nice and it’s clear he knows how to treat clients. I had my doubts about the maintenance package, but it’s no joke. The valet service is legit and everything was handled so easily. I will say that when I called to find out what exactly to do (I had no yet used the maintenance coverage yet) a couple weeks ago, the gentleman I got on the phone was extremely rude and no help (this man was definitely NOT James though). I say this to just make my point even clearer that James so BEYOND helpful when I was prepared for my experience not to be so great! He gets an easy 5 stars from me. It costs zero dollars to be kind and James was just one of those super kind people. Thank you, Ford! I’m so happy I went with the Bronco now!!

    I was not greeted when I came in to service dept. there were about five sales people heads down looking at computers. No other customer waiting. About five minutes standing at the first station the sales person ask me had I been helped. I said no and he continued helping his coworker at first desk. Poor customer service.

  • Oil change

    I had routine oil change in January 2024 at that time tech left a bolt not seated or tighten correctly. This cause a leak in my suv. Change oil light came on in April. I took my car in and sales person said my warranty was out. The tech that change my oil that day said I had a leak and would require a $195 diagnostic to find where the leak was coming from. Roundtree tech have been the only people that have changed oil in my suv. I was very upset about it because of the situation. I took my car to Wray Ford and the y found the problem and they said when the oil was changed in January it was not properly done. So if someone to contact about it call me at 318-458-0325. My name is Patricia NeJame. I will not be visiting Roundtree again.

    The experience I had this last appointment was the best. Why? Because Mr Ivory sent me a video of the inspection instead of just filling out the paperwork. Now that may be a new thing but I like it.

    Everyone was so very nice, explained all our options with purchasing a vehicle. They took such great care in getting us the best deal.The staff was wonderful and kind to my 6 yr old grandson who came away with new "buddies"

    I had a coupon for oil change and tire rotation. I was told they could not rotate my tires due to swollen lugnuts. They tried to charge me full price for the oil change since they wouldn't rotate my tires. So my charge went from 39.99 to 89.99. What a racket. I will not be back.

    It took them a couple of times but we finally found out what was wrong and they fixed it. It wasn’t under warranty and we had to pay a pretty penny but we are glad that it finally drives right. Had bolts loose in the rear end and it’s a brand new mustang black on black with 14k miles.
