I had routine oil change in January 2024 at that time tech left a bolt not seated or tighten correctly. This cause a leak in my suv. Change oil light came on in April. I took my car in and sales person said my warranty was out. The tech that change my oil that day said I had a leak and would require a $195 diagnostic to find where the leak was coming from. Roundtree tech have been the only people that have changed oil in my suv. I was very upset about it because of the situation. I took my car to Wray Ford and the y found the problem and they said when the oil was changed in January it was not properly done. So if someone to contact about it call me at 318-458-0325.
