Nice place to buy a vehicle
by Jamie_H624 on 11/25/2017My son has been wanting s Dodge Dart. We went to other car lots but nothing compare to the quality at Glenbrook Dodge. Everyone from Greg Sovine our salesman , finance and detail gentleman made it a pleasure to buy from them.Lies and very shady practices
by Bigtruck on 11/01/2017Two friends have tried to deal with this dealership both was mislead or flat out lied to.. offering prices on vehicles that they won't stand behind.. offering what seem to be good deals to get you into the dealership then don't even have a… vehicle at that price when you drive 2 1/2 hour to get there... Be very careful!!!Failed Expectations
by Bomonghani on 02/23/2017I stopped into the dealership and let them know that I was looking for a specific year/make/model vehicle. I let them know that I was willing to put down 2000-3000 down payment, and the trade in of my current vehicle. I was immediately… show'n a vehicle two years newer than what I was looking for about about 10K more than what I was offering. I pointedly refused to even look inside the vehicle, more less drive it and explained that I'm firm on what I'm willing to finance. After a few other no-gos I was given a printout of the exact vehicle I was looking for. I was told that the vehicle would be at the dealership later in the week and that they'd call me that morning to set everything up. As a consumer this lead me to believe that everything was in order and that I'd be all set. The truth of the matter was that the vehicle was in auction, that they wouldn't even be able to bid on it until the following Thursday and that there were no guarantees. That Thursday I got a text telling me that the vehicle sold for more than they thought and they weren't able to get it. In the mean time, I turned down two other vehicles because I was under the impression that everything was good to go with Glenbrook Dodge. So I guess the lesson learned here is that if you can't Dodge it... Run like hell and do business with a dealership that doesn't lead you on with false expectations and lies.Love my Chrysler 200!

by Vinegar49 on 11/10/2016Korban was cordial knowledgeable and got my husband and I the best deal needed to finance our new 15 Buick regal! We are very grateful to have worked with Korban. We will be sending all of our friends in to see Korban.BUYER BEWARE
by TRockey on 04/06/2016Purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram Hemi on 01/29/2016, to this date (04/06/2016) we have not received the title work documentation we need to get our vehicle licensed and registered. We've called and stopped numerous times. We've threatened to file… a complaint only to be told it would do no good. Was given a fictitious USPS tracking number by a finance person, who then told me to not contact him again because he did not service my loan. I tracked the USPS number he gave me only to watch it travel all over the US and be delivered in Fort Wayne IN, we live in Ohio! Numerous phone calls have not been returned. I've filed complaints with the Ohio BBB as well as the Indiana Attorney General. All I want is my title work documentation! POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!Great Salesman
by chrisbiddle2 on 04/15/2015We came to Glenbrook Dodge just looking, but we ran into Daniel Goff and everything changed. Not only did he put us in a truck he put us in a truck that we never expected we could do. He has maintained our relationship since purchase, and… has definitely been the best car buying experience we have ever had. If you go out that way look for Daniel he is the best.2015 Chrysler 200S
by Lori2015 on 03/14/2015updated 03/20/2015John Kinney was very helpful. He took the time to show me all the technical aspects of the car. I traded in a 2002 Monte Carlo, so needless to say, the new car I purchased had all the new bells and whistles.Thank you for your review, Lori. We're glad to have John on our team and that we could provide you with a positive experience. If you ever need anything in the future, please don't hesitate to let us know. Take care! Good experience
by Russ_Tracy on 09/30/2014no pressure from anyone. We have purchased many vehicles over the years and this was the best experience yet. Melissa was very good at her job.I love my new ram... the experience was GREAT!
by steviewonder1 on 11/14/2010Sarah M. (from Warranty dept) helped me start the process (by phone) of choosing a new Dodge Ram 4 months before I actually decided. She was very attentive, asked pertinent questions and stayed in touch regularly! Chris M (internet… sales) followed up when I visited in person by letting me experience a new Ram on a Sunday!!! He informed me when he found out that my favorite color (hunter green) was now available (the day following my visit). This was the deciding factor to order my truck. He kept me informed when the order was picked up, being built, painted, shipped by train from Mexico and then by truck to Ft. Wayne. He made sure I chose all the accessories I needed and was very accommodating when I was limited on time/days to come pick up my truck. He was very patient as he explained all the new features and spent 2 1/2 hours total with me on pick up day. John K (showroom sales) was very punctual in getting all the paperwork prepared and patient while I looked over my new vehicle. All 3 were very pleasant whenever I contacted them and when I arrived at the dealership in person. It was a very enjoyable and satisfying experience!!!!Beware when purchasing a Dodge or Jeep from Glenbrook Dodge
by wasabuyer1 on 10/23/2010What [violative content deleted], Cody (sales Person ) @ Glenbrook Dodge's, and there honest?? sales manager Ha Ha Lol ,which his name I forgot, try to get you to do a deal with a credit card deposit and then change the deal at the close of… the sale, because they think they have you baited for the sale so they try to get more money or they change the deal right before the closing so you get less for more Please beware they are typical car sales [violative content deleted]Honor what you say!!
by joe412 on 04/14/20094-13-09 I called Glenbrook Dodge inquiring about a vehicle that was listed on the interent. When I talked to a female inquiring about the milage and price (offer stated to contact dealer for mileage and price) on a Dodge Dakota PU Truck,… she advised she would check. When she came back on the line she advised that she could not find the price however gave me the mileage and would get back ahold of me when she found out the price. Just before I hung up she said that her manager had just walked in the office and he could give the price, she put me on hold again then came back and gave a price of between $6,000 - $7,000, she did not offer a solid price. I then asked if the advertised special in the newspaper would be honored on this vehicle and she advised that it would due to the vehicle was listed over $5000.00. I then inquired how long the push it - drag it special was in affect and she advised that it ended today. I had to work 2nd shift, however I called and got the day off so I could drive to Ft. Wayne and make the deal. After taking the day off I called Glenbrook Dodge back and inquired about the truck, this time I talked with another lady. She stated that she had just started work and wanted to check about the truck, she put me on hold then when she came back she stated that she would have to call me with the information however just before hanging up she said the manager had just came into the office and she could get me the price. Again was given the price however this time they wanted a name so they could expect my arrival. I gave my name and advised I would be there in approximately an hour. I inquired about the price and trade, this time I asked if I traveled to Ft. Wayne the difference would be $3000 - $4000, I was advised that it would. When I arrived and was looking at the truck I was approached by a salesman. I told him about the conversation on the phone and wanted to look at the truck. The salesman went inside to get the keys and when he came back out he said that the people on the phone must had been mistaken about the truck, it must have been a different truck they had given a price for, this truck was listed for $8,900. I told him that they were not mistaken due to I was specific about the truck and they had even given me the exact mileage that was on the truck, along with make and model (Blue 2002 Dodge Dakota Quad cab with 102,xxx miles.) The salesman stated that he would due some checking however wanted me to drive the truck, which I did. After we got back the salesman stated that he would try to honor the deal that was told to me on the phone, he said he would write the deal up as $4,000 with the trade of $3,000 trade as offered in the paper. He came back after talking with his manager, and stated that the manager was not willing to make the deal. I asked about calling the manager that told me over the phone the price of the truck (Kevin), which he did. When I talked to Kevin, he advised that he remembers me calling and making the appointment however said that the truck was in the wholesale lot and the vehicles that are in the wholesale lot were not part of the trade offer of $3,000 trade on any vehicle over $5,000. I told them that there was no mention of this when I called, nor does this say anything about this in the newspaper offer. The ad says ANY vehicle, see ad in Ft Wayne Journal Gazette 4-11-09, on back page of 2 sections in the Journal. There was several attemts to have me pay more for the truck or look at other vehicles on the lot, however at that point I was done. My question is; is this common practice...ploy... to tell a customer a price on the phone to get them to come to the dealership, then change the price when the customer arrives? The kicker is that I am a repeat customer with Glenbrook Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Ft. Wayne and felt I was treated wrong when the dealership would not honor the deal that was given.Only honor due bill IF they made enough money off you!!
by sucker101 on 06/13/2008Glenbrook's service dept. Sucks We kenw that from the get go. Thier sales dept. has always been a bit shady. But we are repet car buyers. 7 Vehicles from Glenbrook since the 2001 modle year!! We picked out a 2008 Brand New car for my… husband and before the paperwork was signed I noticed a long scratch on the trunk and another on the bumper. They looked like they would buff out easily. The salesman gave me a due bill that stated.." buff all scratches" He drug his feet setting up the appt to have the scratches buffed. After 2 weeks and several calles to him and the sales manager they finally gave me thier buffers number and I made my own appt. Of coarse the scratches did not buff out and in returning to the dealership to find out what next, I was eventually told that the car would have to be repainted and they werent willing to do that. If there would have been more Coushin in the deal they could justify repainting the car. He just told me I didnt make them enough money??!!! So I dont matter!! The 5 star service guy ther offered me a couple gas cards!! [violative content deleted] 50.00 in gas for my scratches??!! I asked him to call my husband with that offer I wasnt willing to make that call. A week has went buy and they are too [violative content deleted] to call him. If you like beeing treated like crap after you buy a car then shop here!!! I wont ever again!!! I like new vehicles but, there are too many other dealerships around for me to put anymore money in these [violative content deleted] pockets!!! They didnt even make an attempt to compensate me. I understand they dont want to repaint the car. But 50.00 in gas was a slap in the face!!!Great experience - ask for Joe Payton
by crcfl on 06/23/2011updated 05/31/2025I was looking for a new Chrysler 300 Limited and had been looking at various dealerships. Glenbrook has a huge inventory and a huge staff. This allowed me to get the exact vehicle I wanted (I traveled three hours each way - that's how good… they are!). I worked with Joe Payton. Great guy - very friendly, not pushy and he worked up a great deal for me. Since I was coming from such a distance it was nice that we were able to work completely over the phone and ensure that the deal was great before I even started the drive. They easily beat any other dealer's offer and no haggling. Great experience, I highly recommend working with Joe and I couldn't be happier with my car. (The three hour drive on the way back - was MUCH more fun then on the way there since I had my new car).Just get 'em in the door
by ned14 on 12/31/2012updated 05/31/2025Based on my expreience with this dealership while shopping lately for a late model/new car, I suggest you check you check the BBB first. Buyer beware.2011 Jeep Compass
by cpollick on 06/30/2011updated 05/31/2025I purchased my first brand new vehicle from Glenbrook. We had an idea of what we wanted and we were able to find it right away. The vehicle we purchased was missing a hitch that we wanted so they are going to install one for us. Our… salesman Nick was great and answered all the questions we had and was great about following up to make sure everything else that needed done (the hitch) was going to get accomplished right away.Glenbrook Dodge was a great place to buy my new vehicle.
by amccoy06 on 06/10/2011updated 05/31/2025I went into the dealership to help my Mom get a new vehicle. While in there I met Joe Payton. He was very friendly and did not pressure me about my own vehicle. I ended up just asking questions and Joe was able to cut my payments down quite… a bit. So I now own a 2008 Jeep Patriot. I LOVE IT!!! Joe was the best sales person there. Thanks Joe :)Ask for Chad Holzinger at Glenbrook Dodge
by lawsontribe on 07/04/2012updated 05/31/2025Glad Chad and his team called/followed up w/ us a couple of times after an initial visit to let us know of great deals and what they can offer. It wasn't annoying but rather, it showed they wanted our business and interest in us. It paid… off because after visiting several dealerships in the area, and even in Ohio, we decided to come back and see what they had to offer. That evening, Chad and Matt McKibben gave us such a great financing option w/ awesome interest rate that we walked out of there w/ a brand new Town and Country.
