Glenbrook Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram FIAT

Purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram Hemi on 01/29/2016, to this date (04/06/2016) we have not received the title work documentation we need to get our vehicle licensed and registered. We've called and stopped numerous times. We've threatened to file a complaint only to be told it would do no good. Was given a fictitious USPS tracking number by a finance person, who then told me to not contact him again because he did not service my loan. I tracked the USPS number he gave me only to watch it travel all over the US and be delivered in Fort Wayne IN, we live in Ohio! Numerous phone calls have not been returned. I've filed complaints with the Ohio BBB as well as the Indiana Attorney General. All I want is my title work documentation! POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!
