    I’ve taken my vehicle to Don Hinds Ford over the years and their customer service is impeccable. Ron, one of the agents, always goes above and beyond. They are trustworthy and have never attempted to “work me over”.

    Arrived early for my appt. Josh greeted me, told me what would happen, and got my phone number since I was leaving to get breakfast. I returned to find my car being parked after everything was done! Great service!

    Recently bought a 2017 Fusion Hybrid and took it in for an oil change. Steve and the team were very helpful and were able to take care of that and a small window problem I was having. After that appointment I was made aware of the thread… life left on my tires and Steve was able to order them 12/31 and got them installed 1/2!

    Ron Bechman was extremely helpful during my repair. After a sudden breakdown, I was able to get my car to the dealership the same day, and Ron even set up a rental for my arrival! After a couple days, my car was back to perfect running… condition. Thanks!

    I took my 2016 Escape in for routine maintenance and complained of another problem with the Sync and radio not working properly. The maintenance work was completed promptly and Josh Franklin, service advisor, talked to me afterward about… the sync problem. He said they could not find anything wrong with the car system but that his wife had had a similar problem when her phone updated. He took the time to remove my phone from the system and re-sync it to the car. I was really impressed that he took the time to show me what to do and I never felt like I was taking up too much of his time. Happily, I can say that there has not been another problem since he did this.

    I drove four and a half hours to pick up my Ford Transit 150 which wasn’t a bad value. However, I was told the body was very clean with no dings or dents and it was in great condition. Which wasn’t completely one way or the other but… definitely left a few things out. I understand a used van will have minor cosmetic problems. But there was a chip out of the windshield and the sliding door doesn’t close smoothly on top of 8 little dents around the truck. My salesmen was a pretty nice guy but I just wish he would have taken a better look at the truck so I knew what I was walking into. I ended up buying it anyways bc I needed the truck and I rented a car to drive out to buy it and would have cost me too much to not buy at that point. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized the door wouldn’t close properly, superb job “inspecting” the vehicle prior to my arrival. All in all, not too pleased, I love the van but now I have to pay to get my door fixed and a new windshield on my van that cost me just under $25,000.

    This is the second time we have purchased a car from Diana Bell at Don Hinds Ford. Each time we have been especially pleased with our experience. Diana is a great person to deal with. She's always goes the extra mile to make sure you are… happy with your purchase. We will definitely buy from her again.

    I bought my 2011 Ford Flex new from Don Hinds Ford in 2011. They are the only place that I have had it serviced. it has been completely reliable and now has 110,000 miles on it. It has need nothing other than routine maintenance and… replacement of things that wear out over time (brakes etc). I intend to drive it until it is no longer reliable. (perhaps another 7 years and 110.000 miles)

    We have purchased 6 vehicles through Don Hinds and have had them all serviced there. The sales personnel are excellent and always make you feel they are there to provide what you need first. The service has always been exceptional,… providing quick professional and efficient completion.The sales and service personnel get to know their customers and it has a small town family feel.

    Don Hind Ford in Fisher was very customer focused when purchased a used car for my son. The tire pressure light kept coming on. They replaced the sensor and the tire at no charge. I would do business with them again.

    From the day I walked into the dealership (Don Hinds Ford in Noblesville, IN), I was treated with the utmost respect. Sarah sought to learn what I wanted and then proceeded to make my desires become a reality. Even though it took from March… until June for us to finalize the purchase, I never felt pressured or like I was taking too much time. In my opinion, that is exactly the way car buying should be. I love that Sarah let me buy my car and didn't try to sell me a car!
