Maintenance & Unique problem

I took my 2016 Escape in for routine maintenance and complained of another problem with the Sync and radio not working properly. The maintenance work was completed promptly and Josh Franklin, service advisor, talked to me afterward about the sync problem. He said they could not find anything wrong with the car system but that his wife had had a similar problem when her phone updated. He took the time to remove my phone from the system and re-sync it to the car. I was really impressed that he took the time to show me what to do and I never felt like I was taking up too much of his time. Happily, I can say that there has not been another problem since he did this.
