Don Hinds Ford and Duane our salesperson went above and beyond expectations trying to locate our 2024 Mustang GT Convertible. We wanted very specific color and equipment and there wasn't many to be found. Duane found the exact Mustang we… wanted went 200 miles to get it here by our Anniversary and we couldn't be happier.

I went into Don Hines and told my sales man that I didn't want to be jerked around. I liked Jake, he didn't jerk me around, and he let me take two cars home to… test drive, which is ultimately what sold the car. I wasn't happy that they wouldn't come down on the price or give me anything in any way. The used car I purchased had some damage, and I wanted them to give me something to make up for it, but they didn't budge at all. I really liked the car though, so I bit the bullet and bought it anyway. They did not earn my loyalty for future purchases, but they were a LOT better than Byrd and Tom Morh who both jerked me around. I appreciated that they let me take the cars home to test drive and didn't have me sit in the dealership for hours on end feeding me lines of crap like the other two aforementioned dealerships. Overall, I would recommend them over some other places, but I definitely didn't get a 5 star experience. Then again, maybe my expectations of car dealerships are too high.
