He was professional and knowledgeable, being respectful and somewhat intuitive to our… needs. He worked seamlessly and efficiently through a complex process, which overall could have been improved only by allowing the customer to anticipate the cost of add on goods and services earlier in the process, to prevent frustrations and aid transparency. The Aftersales Manager, William Wright, was excellent in supporting our needs to feel confident in the products we were choosing and accommodating unique requests to make our Jeep fully meet our needs out of the door. And finally, I’d like to thank the financing department representative for taking the time, late in the evening, to answer all of our questions to leave us fully knowledgeable of our commitments and Jeep Warranties. It was $2300 plus another $2500 for some stupid car care that they didn’t want to remove on a car advertised for $7900!! They wanted me to pay >$12,000… plus tax title license for a car listed at $7900. I was ready to pay the price they advertised and then this nonsense. It’s just disgusting the tactics they do, such a terrible experience at this place. Makes me sick to think about it. Go somewhere else and don’t reward their unethical behaviors.Purchase

by dodgeFan on 06/14/2018This is one of the worst service departments in the area. It takes at lease 20-30 min to get your car dropped off if you are not there before open. They provide no status updates. When you ask for explanations they give you attitude or just… blow you off. When you present them with a service coupon from Dodge, they ask you how you found it. Oil changes take an average of 2 hours. You are better off going to a 3rd party or different Mopar shop. They dont care about improving as this has been going on for years. Check google reviews for their service department, none are good.Zheo is a great salesman!

He was… very helpful and very courteous, I couldnt have asked for a better salesman. After all the paperwork was signed he walked me to my new car to help me with all the functions and tell me how my uconnect worked and all the settings on the steering wheel. I had affiliate pricing through work so the purchase price was moot, more or less, but the appraisal on my trade-in mysteriously changed 3 times throughout the visit. They first low balled me ($17K),… then gave me a fair trade appraisal (18.5K), then low balled me even worse than the first time when the "final" figures came back from the sales manager ($16K). I walked out after the final insult. Ask for a copy of your appraisal and see what their offer is compared to the actual trade-in value.
