Our sales associate, John Geanakoplos, greeted us with a kind, considerate, and patient approach to help us find our dream Jeep for our future adventures. He was professional and knowledgeable, being respectful and somewhat intuitive to our needs. He worked seamlessly and efficiently through a complex process, which overall could have been improved only by allowing the customer to anticipate the cost of add on goods and services earlier in the process, to prevent frustrations and aid transparency. The Aftersales Manager, William Wright, was excellent in supporting our needs to feel confident in the products we were choosing and accommodating unique requests to make our Jeep fully meet our needs out of the door. And finally, I’d like to thank the financing department representative for taking the time, late in the evening, to answer all of our questions to leave us fully knowledgeable of our commitments and Jeep Warranties.
