Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Schaumburg

I went there to buy a Jeep Wrangler. I had affiliate pricing through work so the purchase price was moot, more or less, but the appraisal on my trade-in mysteriously changed 3 times throughout the visit. They first low balled me ($17K), then gave me a fair trade appraisal (18.5K), then low balled me even worse than the first time when the "final" figures came back from the sales manager ($16K). I walked out after the final insult. Ask for a copy of your appraisal and see what their offer is compared to the actual trade-in value.
