He calls if there are any issues as they progress with working on the car, and discusses… options with you. My car is always cleaned and sparkling inside and out when I pick it up. Dean is awesome - a professional with a friendly and caring personality - couldn’t ask for more!Glad we can assist in keeping your vehicle in the best shape! Thanks for sharing. Always Reliable Service
by John W on 05/01/2024I always have my CLS 450 serviced at Mercedes-Benz of St. Charles, but my most recent visit was for a simple recall notice related to a potentially loose connection at the 48v battery. Made the appointment and chose to wait since this was… a relatively minor check and fix recall. Was in the customer lounge about long enough to have half a cup of coffee and read a few pages of a book and they were finished with the car, as there were no issues identified and I was soon on my way.We are glad the recall process was smooth for you, and thank you for your kind words! They gave me a loaner car as I’m from far away/out of town and my b1… service was expected to take 3-4 hours but it was done in only 2. Every single time I've stopped by whether that was to get air in my tires or to get a warranty repair done on my car my experience has gone above my expectations. This time, like every time, my… experience was phenomenal. I was treated with respect, cared for, and supported. I had to pull out my computer to work and they even offered me a private space to sit. Leaving my service appointment I immediately called my friends and told them how well I was treated. I even urged a few of them to stop what they were doing and go buy a Mercedes. Being a young professional it's not often that companies take you seriously, especially luxury brands, but that has never happened once at Mercedes. I can proudly say I will never drive another brand of vehicle in my life.We are thrilled to have you as our customer, Alexa! Thanks for sharing. Your support is appreciated.

After discussing with contact decided on which to accept. Recommend asking questions before just accepting repairs.We do our best to recommend repairs needed and services recommended by Mercedes-Benz for the age and miles of your vehicle.
