Always a loaner car waiting for me. Dean goes through the entire list of service items, along with cost, in advance of the work being completed. He calls if there are any issues as they progress with working on the car, and discusses options with you. My car is always cleaned and sparkling inside and out when I pick it up. Dean is awesome - a professional with a friendly and caring personality - couldn’t ask for more!
