    I recently purchased a 13 Ford Focus from Dave at Rod Baker Ford. He was very helpful and knew the product . At first I looked at a new Focus then decided to to go cetified pre owned. The transaction went very smooth thanks in part to Tony and Brett the Managers. I couldn't be happier thanks guys.

    Good experience, delivered vehicle in shorter time than expected. Staff cares about the customers and is evident. Took time to explain reasons for doing things and what to expect down the road.

    I purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion in March and started hearing a rattling noise in May. I took my car in for an oil change in June and asked them to figure out what the noise was. They did say they fixed it and I was very satisfied until yesterday when I started hearing the noise again. But they told me if I hear the noise again to bring it back in. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I even received a call a few days after my visit to ask how everything went.

    Very good service. I brought my car in with an interesting problem, a piece of metal underneath the car was rubbing on the tire and they fixed me right away.

    I was greeted by a friendly face who want to make sure they understood what concerns I had with the tires for the car. Someone else came to double check my request and let me know they what services they would be performing. When done, I received a full explanation of what was done and found making the experience easy and pleasant.

    The service rep that helped me was great!!! A++++ I appreciated his professionalism and his ability to make me feel welcomed. All my questions were answered. He even went out of his way to walk out to the van with me and explain things in detail. I work a very demanding customer service position and it's very nice to hear positive feed back from our customer's. Please be sure to let him know that he is a valued team member! I WILL check back with him and/or his superior to see if this has been done. What I don't like is your prices for repair's. I live only 5 min from you and would love to bring my vehicles to you for repair's but can't afford it. I have to drive 40min away to have any repair's done but it's the only way to keep my vehicle running!

    Purchased a 2015 Ford Edge. Our salesman (Mike Wrona) was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He made sure the type of vehicle is what I wanted and explained everything in the vehicle and even helped setting up my phone.

    Went in for suspension problem and was told that inner-tie rod, hub and drivers side lower ball joint needed to be replaced. Got the tie rod done that day, and went back to get the lower ball joint done, (did the hub myself). When I went back days later, Now was told both lower ball joints need replacement. Should have been caught the first time if passenger side was bad too. Overall, service is good, staff is pleasant. $109.00/hr for labor is rather steep for repairs though. Watch Youtube and do some yourself if possible.

    Fantastic service at Rod Baker. After being disappointed at several dealerships, I purchased from Rod Baker and am very pleased with the level of service and with my new SUV.

    Called the service department because I had an object in my tire that I wanted removed and get the tire repaired. As it was the screw never penetrated the tire and I was on my way in about 1 hour with no charges. This was a very pleasant experience.
