    I recently took my (new to me)vehicle in to the service department for 2 mechanical concerns I had. I was able to talk with Lori first and then she connected me with Gene to see everything through. Both concerns were addressed in under 90 minutes that same morning. I appreciated the comfort in the customer waiting area. The staff was extremely kind and friendly as they explained everything in great detail. To top it off, my vehicle was washed prior to returning to me on the service drive. Woody’s is my new go to service department for my automotive needs. Thank you!!

    The service tech quoted $193.50, but invoice showed $194.95. Then added "fee" of $20. Said all the dealers are charging that. That is not " above board". A mystery "fee". The service dept jeopardizes a future sale for a mystery fee. Certainly not a " value added" situaion.

    Terrible experience again had my car in twice now to check my seats that are currently not heated anymore and keep getting the runaround from the dealership. Telling me that the correct staff is not available on certain days somewhat feel cheated by the service that I expect from this dealership.

    Waiting area is very comfortable and with great service staff who are explementary at what they do.. Plus complimentary coffee, snacks and tea, makes for a very pleasant waiting experience. Also, my Service Advisor, Jose D. Rivera is excellent, knowledgeable, courteous and family friendly. Well, to me he is family,. A perfect gentlemen. Service is always excellent and done right the first time. I'm always comfortable knowing that auto service needs are well taken. And thank you very much for the flowers.

    Brought my 2014 Acadia in for an oil change . Oil change was done and returned as promised. All good or at least I thought. The next day I found oil on the floor . I cleaned it up and chalked it up to getting spilled on the floor during the oil but the next day I found more oil on the garage floor. Since I leave about 45 minutes away I took the truck over to my local mechanic. He checked it out and said the gasket on the oil filter was damaged and said I needed a new filter . I’m only giving 1 star because the form does not allow me to give zero

    I brought my GMC Sierra 3500HD Diesel in for routine service and recall service. All the required service was completed while I waited in a comfortable well stocked waiting area. I was able to do some work on my laptop while they serviced my truck, which I really appreciated!

    I had Shields guards put around my windows not even three days later they fell off I was overcharged for this product on top of the fact that there was a $66 install fee for something that is crap

    After tire rotation, tire pressure measured 31 psi on the TPMS which was below specification which is a problem and is the basis for the above rating.

  • Never fixed the problem

    I took my car in because there is something wrong with the starter and the mirror memory 'feature' goes haywire and moves the mirrors to completely wrong places. They charged me for the work, didn't fix either problem, and broke more things during the process. I had to take it back in multiple times after they broke the radio, the rear camera display, and the tire monitor system. I'm so fed up I'm taking it to a dealership 20 miles away now instead of the one right by my house.
