Very happy with this dealership
by kcrtenbrl19 on 05/14/2009This was the second car I bought from Infiniti of Lisle and I would still recommend this dealer to everyone. There is another Infiniti dealership a lot closer to were I work, but Infiniti of Lisle's price was much better. The finance… manager was very professional, friendly and above all helpful. He was really quick and got me out of there faster than I had imagined. My lease isn't up for another 12 months, but I am already looking forward to returning for my next Infiniti. The only issue I ever had, was that their website was originally hard to find. It took a little effort, but I eventually found it: [violative content deleted]Absolutely best dealership experience ever.......
by gman27 on 06/29/2008I bought a G35x from Infiniti of Lisle this weekend. I worked with their internet sales department (Edie Hebert) to figure out what cars/option package combinations they had in stock and pricing over email and phone before I went in as I… live in the city and I really didn't want to drive to all the suburbs to get real details on a car I liked. Every other dealer would only quote me MSRPs over email and phone which made it very difficult to even know what kind of price we were talking about. Edie was helpful, honest and attentive to all of our needs. My wife and I got to the dealership, got to test drive models with the Sports Package and without and Edie showed us cars with different exterior color and interior packages to help us find the one we loved. We decided on a Platinum Graphite exterior with Graphite Leather and the Washi Aluminum interior. We got the Premium and Navigation package with Splash guards and the cargo net. The negotiations were very honest and upfront. Edie did not waste any time with the typical car dealer tactics and it was the best experience I have had negotiating for a car. The financing department was well organized and laid out all of our options. The dealership even got us our registration and permanent plates as they are hooked up to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Amazing!! Once we got our paperwork finished Edie walked us through all of the options and technology in the car which had been detailed and was gleaming. All in all, my wife and I love our new car and we are now customers for life. I can't see any reason to visit any other dealership to buy an Infiniti.Pleasant to talk to
by wshelx on 05/14/2008I went to the dealership to check out a used car I had researched on the internet. I did not buy the car because I was not ready. The price they quoted is exactly $1000 more than what they advertised on the Internet, but that is ok since… they always expect some sort of negociation. So do some research before you go. It was late on a Friday evening and there was not a lot of business. So I had a pleasant talk with a friendly dealer and did a quick test drive. I am very satisfied with the dealership even though I did not buy anything from them. This review serves as payback to them.Simple, smooth sales process
by danielb6752 on 10/13/2007This dealer was very pleasant to deal with. After visiting Infiniti Goldcoast and Fields Infiniti and feeling unsatisfied with their "best and final" offers, I called Infiniti of Lisle and was able to get things to the point where I was… comfortable taking a day off of work to drive out, finish up negotiations and drive home with my new car. Needless to say they did not disappoint. Thanks, Roosevelt, for being straightforward on the phone, and living up to your promise in person. I would highly recommend any city resident to strongly consider Infiniti of Lisle for a competitive offer before purchasing your Infiniti elsewhere.Great Experience
by Qianab78 on 12/08/2013updated 07/07/2025One of the best moments for me was returning home with a vehicle that was perfect for my husband, kids, and myself. I appreciate Mr. J. helping my family and I find that perfect vehicle a 2014 Infiniti QX60 white with dark interior. It… means a great deal for someone to say we will find a vehicle that will meet each of your family needs. To put icing on the cake I was welcomed into the Infiniti Family by the Mgr-Steven. I look forward to doing business with this dealership in the near future.Best Car Buying Experience
by Greydawn83 on 08/25/2013updated 07/07/2025My fiancé and I had been looking for a quality used car for over a month. We happened to see a car online that we were interested in, we called and spoke with Tony who was really nice and extremely helpful. He encouraged us to come in. When… we got to the dealership Tony greeted us and introduced us to Steve and Sean who both were fantastic. I have never had a better experience at a dealership, we were treated kindly and professionally. At no point were we pressured like you are at most dealerships, they were patient and wanted us to find the car that was right for us. The quality of the vehicles on the lot were also great and better than what we had seen at other dealerships. The team at Infinity of Naperville went above and beyond to earn our business.Awesome Dealership
by tovu on 12/17/2013updated 07/07/2025I don't normally write reviews unless it's a bad experience; however, this has been the smoothest and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I was in the market for a Lexus ES and saw that Infiniti of Naperville had one of the best… deals in the US on that car. Im an out of state buyer and was extremely reluctant buying a car sight unseen. However, Micah and Tony reassure me the car was in wonderful condition and I was getting a great deal. So I pulled the trigger and got the car, and it was recently shipped to me. As advertised the car was great, even all the paperwork was included and had my title 4 days later. From top to bottom this dealership is wonderful. I highly recommended them and can see why they have such good reviews.Go See Sean At Infiniti Naperville
by KLA23 on 05/10/2014updated 07/07/2025Sean is the MAN! From the time that we walked in the door we were greeted with open arms by Sean P. As a young 30's couple we were extremely happy with the way Sean was open and honest with us, making this a car buying experience like no… other. Sean treated us from start to finish like family and would not hesitate to go back and work with him or this dealership in the future. Best car dealership hands down. Everyone we worked with was great and made this process easy and fun.Patient, Not Pushy! That's why I was sold.
by jshouse1 on 12/23/2013updated 07/07/2025I had made several visits before I had decided on my purchase. During the first visit I test drove several vehicles and sensed no annoyance from Bob about our indecision. He was more than courteous to go out into the unusually cold weather… we had, start and warm up each car and bring it to the door for us. He answered all of our questions and was quiet patient. I focus on the patience because this is sales. Now, here is the reason I returned later to purchase a car from Bob. At the closing of our first visit, after all of the test drives, we couldn't reach an agreement on the price the car I was interested in. This is where I would have expected a salesman who had invested so much time on us to get pushy and manipulative. Instead, Bob simply stated that maybe this just wasn't the car for us, and what were the parameters of the car he should be looking out for us to let us know when he gets one. A salesman that displayed extreme patience a selflessly put our wants in front of his needs were the differences for us to come back and buy from Bob. Sincerely, Jeremy S.Horrible. Stay far away.
by heidia7 on 03/01/2014updated 07/07/2025My husband and I went to this dealership because it was close to his office. We originally dealt with Micah B. who secured our pricing for a 2014 QX80 as well as a price for our trade in Mercedes. He then passed us on to Joe T. who was… simply one of the most arrogant, dishonest people I have ever had to deal with. So, the kind sales guy pulls you in and as soon as they think you are "hooked" they pass you on to the grunt guy to simply do the paperwork. The guy who hates his job pushing pencils and isn't even very good at it. This feeling seems vaguely familiar to me...Oh yes, the bait and switch..here we go. Joe called us and told us to come in and do the deal for our black vehicle. When we arrived, an hour later, he told us he only has a silver one. Didn't matter that we had been discussing exclusively a black one for three weeks. He put on big smile and said "oh well, go to Clarendon Infiniti, they have your car and buy it from them." See above...pencil pusher who hates his job. I called the GM of the dealership, Steve C. and expressed my disappointment in the behavior of his salesman and he didn't seem to care because instead of apologizing, he just kept telling me that "Joe sells lots of cars and he is surprised by my experience." Not really the best response strategically speaking when you have a customer who has just had a horrid interaction with this particular person but hey, everyone has their own approach. You hope when you escalate, you get better service but not at Infiniti of Naperville. When I told him, as a GM you should fix your employees mistakes and find another car (because he clearly sold ours), he told me "you don't know my business." Well Mr. GM, I do know that you are not very good at your business. There are way too many reputable Infiniti dealers around to deal with this location. They are dishonest, their business dealings are shady, and you will be sorry. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.Perfect Over-all Car buying Experience
by jasonwkennedy on 09/24/2013updated 07/07/2025The customer service I received over the internet and finally in person was beyond amazing. The over-all appearance of the dealership was top-notch. Micah handled all my internet questions, final pricing and Randy delivered the car and… final signing of the deal in about 30 mins. (a record for my 13 cars purchased since 2003) This is my 3rd Infiniti and all 3 have been the best car buying experiences yet. I would and will recommend Infiniti of Naperville to anyone in the market for great car.Best Dealership in Illinois
by hash2 on 12/30/2013updated 07/07/2025My 2nd purchase with this dealership. I live in Wisconsin but decided to drive 100+ miles to visit this dealership for a 2nd purchase this year given the unbelievable experience I had last time. There are atleast 7 dealers that are closer… to me than these guys. Last time they provided 5/5 service. This time everything exceeded my previous experience. Unfortunately there is no 6 out 5 to provide here. Reached out to Tony S. initially who connected me with Joe T. and Micah. Everyone was very professional. They were able to secure the color I wanted from another dealership and still offered the best possible price - all via phone. The entire delivery experience was smooth and comprehensive when I got to the store. No upselling the way many other dealers do. No special charges added into the pricing last minute. Everything was honest and professional and efficient. If I need another infiniti in future I will definitely call these guys again and will not go to any other dealership.Great Buying Experience
by jake119 on 11/26/2011updated 07/07/2025Just a quick note about my recent experience at Infiniti of Lisle. I performed a fair amount of web research with various dealers (BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Infiniti) - Infiniti of Lisle provided the most rapid (human) response to my web… inquiries. Offering chat, internet pricing, blue book values on a trade in, and finance/lease options. They were on top of it. They also had the greatest selection on-line. I did my research in-advance of my visit (to this, and all, dealerships). And after visiting BMW, Audi, Mercedes dealerships, and test driving their vehicles, I completed by buying experience at Infiniti. I scheduled an appointment, and was assigned Scott Rehfeldt. But when I walked in the door, the fellow who had responded to my internet inquiry, was actually on the floor - his 'job' is/was managing their web-presence - Nice to know he wasn't some faceless/nameless person - a real guy who knew I was coming into the store. What impressed me the most (overall), was that Scott, Randy (the fellow who ultimately showed us how to operate the car) and Terry (Finance), were all veterans of the industry (Scott - 11 years; Randy - 12 years; Terry - 12 years), but all at the same dealership. It was also not lost on me that they each had various 'Employee of the Month/Year' certificates attached to their cubicle/office walls. I liked talking to guys who had worked for the same dealership for many years - but at the same time, they were not 'jaded' or assuming -- It was a good experience - I felt like they were actually interested in talking to someone who was trying to figure-out 'which' car to buy. Every salesperson must know and believe in their product - but these fellows knew my experience, knew what I had learned on the web/competitive information, and actually appreciated my perspective. Perhaps the best 'buying' confirmation came from Randy -- after he had done a brief features, 'send-you-on-your-way' overview (it was late, we were in a rush to a family gathering), he said "guys, please come back tomorrow, I really, really understand your buying experience, and I want you to know this is an exceptional vehicle/value, and I think you are making a great choice, and I want to make sure you understand everything" - and I actually believed Randy was speaking sincerely. So,,,, speaking to the 'sales experience' - I have to give these fellows great marks - they were exceptionally attentive, well-informed, have great follow-through. Even Terry - the Finance guy who is implored to sell clear-coat protection, extended warranty, etc. - He implored me to buy it, offered examples of why it is important, but it was a conversation - not a freaky-moment with the money-guy about how I have to spend even more money. My advice on car buying -- do your research - know what really makes sense to you re: features/price. But in the end you will be faced with a 'buying experience' that leaves you feeling like 'you' were forced to make a decision, or the decision was a natural conclusion of a process. The personnel at Infiniti of Lisle did not 'make me' buy an automobile -- they just helped me to conclude a process - they were the 'tipping point' to making a difficult decision with lots of options - they knew the facts, they were forthright and honest in their assessment of my considerations. But most importantly, they were veterans of their dealership and their product. And considering 12, 24, 36+ months from now, it's one small thing that you can believe in -- that they collectively have worked for this same dealership for 10+ years each. Best to all of you in your decisions --Your Best Customer
by withers1 on 07/29/2011updated 07/07/2025I just picked up my 10th Infiniti from Infiniti of Lisle yesterday. The entire team worked in unison to make leasing my 2011 G37 a smooth and effortlesss experience. Sales Associate Steve Johnson, Finance Mgr. Bill Harris, Features… Specialist Ryan Indellcato, and Executive Mgr. Peter Korallus are the reasons why I am a repeat customer at this dealership.Great experience, great car!
by B002014 on 09/03/2013updated 07/07/2025This was my first time purchasing an Infinity. I had always driven NIssan Altima in the past, and had never felt like I received a particularly good deal,or was valued as a customer. My experience with Infinity was the most positive car… experience I have ever had. The salesman, Ray W., treated me with respect. He listed to my needs and then exceeded them. I was not patronized at Infinity, and my time was not wasted. I've already used their service once (to have an accessory installed), and they picked up my car at home for the work,, then dropped it off for me. I will be an Infinity customer for life.Great Experience
by BillB2422 on 09/01/2013updated 07/07/2025Abe P. was very professional, straightforward and helpful. His demeanor made the experience positive. The dealership stands above the rest with its customer service and amenities. I would recommend them for anyone seeking an infinity.Awesome experience!
by janispolaine on 09/30/2013updated 07/07/2025This was my first Infiniti purchase, I wish I would have purchased from Infiniti sooner. The entire process from start to finish was smooth & exceptional. When I went for a test drive, I was still undecided as to what I really wanted. Sean,… my salesman was very helpful and did not pressure me at all. When I made my decision to purchase a QX50, I requested specific colors, options, accessories, etc. Sean was able to find the car I wanted at another local Infiniti dealer. The negotiation to purchase the car went very smoothly & was the most painless new car buying experience I have ever had. Everything was straight forward & laid out up front (price, trade-in value, payments, financing, etc). None of the going back & forth, messing with the numbers, etc. I only asked for a bit more for my trade-in, which they gave me. My car was delivered quickly, cleaned & ready to go, even when I asked for it sooner than was originally agreed upon. I also had a great experience working with Joe in the finance dept. I also appreciate the follow up emails from Sean, Joe & the general manager. I am looking forward to using the service department for oil changes, car washes, maintenance, etc.My first Infiniti
by policeman51 on 12/06/2013updated 07/07/2025Buying a car should be a fun experience. The people at Infiniti of Naperville made it fun. From the start when I reached out online they were professional I knew I wanted to do business with them. When I went into the dealership they gave… me the information and numbers and let me make the decision. There was no pressure whatsoever. The obviously want to sell cars, that's what business they're in, but these guys were different. The let you make the decisions based on your income. Seriously, nothing but good things to say for everyone there. I can't wait to go back for my first car wash to thank them again.New QX60
by newcar66 on 08/23/2013updated 07/07/2025This was "the best" car buying experience we have ever had. We enjoyed working with Ray W. and appreciated his sales approach and style. Ray was very accommodating during our decision making process and arranged for us to take home an… Infiniti JX35/QX60 multiple times. We would definitely recommend Ray and the dealership to our family and friends.Knowlegable, friendly staff.
by chilly9 on 05/22/2014updated 07/07/2025Friendly, helpful service This was by far the most enjoyable experience I had buying a car. Dale M. was fantastic. I must have test driven 4 or 5 cars to find the perfect one for me. Dale was patient and very useful in helping me come to a… decision. He was very accommodating when it came to options. He found a car that was almost exactly what I wanted and was able to swap out the wheels for other ones that I wanted. Ryan I. showed me how everything in the car worked. He set up my phone to integrate to the car. After leaving the dealership, I was comfortable that I knew just about everything I needed to. He also gave me little tips and tricks about the car that weren't in the manual. All in all, it was a great experience and I never once felt pressured or that I was wasting anyone's time. They truly treat you well there and are extremely friendly. Highly recommended!
