INFINITI of Naperville

This was my first Infiniti purchase, I wish I would have purchased from Infiniti sooner. The entire process from start to finish was smooth & exceptional. When I went for a test drive, I was still undecided as to what I really wanted. Sean, my salesman was very helpful and did not pressure me at all. When I made my decision to purchase a QX50, I requested specific colors, options, accessories, etc. Sean was able to find the car I wanted at another local Infiniti dealer. The negotiation to purchase the car went very smoothly & was the most painless new car buying experience I have ever had. Everything was straight forward & laid out up front (price, trade-in value, payments, financing, etc). None of the going back & forth, messing with the numbers, etc. I only asked for a bit more for my trade-in, which they gave me. My car was delivered quickly, cleaned & ready to go, even when I asked for it sooner than was originally agreed upon. I also had a great experience working with Joe in the finance dept. I also appreciate the follow up emails from Sean, Joe & the general manager. I am looking forward to using the service department for oil changes, car washes, maintenance, etc.
