    excellent service I ordered a 2023 ram TRX over the phone. They were very helpful and put my order in and when the truck came in they delivered it to me. That's what I call. Excellent service I never had to visit a dealer it was just like ordering a pizza, thank you to CJ the salesman and the finance manager Gerardo for all your help. I love my new truck and will be purchasing all my new vehicles from this dealership from now on.

    Great service from the sales representative Leslie Lopez. She assisted us in the selection of over 100 trucks on their lot. While other dealerships are suffering from inventory shortages, Castle had a selection to choose from of over 100 trucks. We visited 3 Ram dealerships. After visiting other dealerships with limited inventory, we were able to select the truck we wanted. There was a blemish on a seat that was noticed when we took delivery. Leslie made it right, and it was taken care of with no issue or concerns. They did great work in taking care of my concern, which maybe I was over concerned but that didn't bother them. They took care of us. Besides Leslie, others involved in our purchase who were great to deal with and very professional. Tony (sales), Nick (service) Eric Woodall (finance). I will refer family to this dealership and return in my next vehicle purchase.

  • Paint corrosion

    I tried to contact the service department and they kept avoiding talking to me. I had to go through Chrysler Customer service and they finally got an appointment. The repair was good but they didn't do a good job matching the paint.

  • Cap too tight???

    Came in for oil change. Service tech said the cap was too tight and they didn’t want to risk it breaking off. Their attitude felt like they hadn’t tried - felt dismissive. Left without having the oil change done (although they did reset the “oil life” setting on my car - ugh! Why did they do this without performing the oil change??). Told my neighbor, who is a mechanic, about this. He opened the hood and was able to get the cap off with very little problems.

    We had an excellent experience. After confirming our participation in the MOPAR lifetime warranty program, Castle Chrysler scheduled and completed the work in short order. The vehicle is like new again and we expect to get many tens of thousands of miles more out of it.

    The service was an oil change and tire rotation. Job done in about and hour. And every thing is OK. Loved the car wash, looked like wax was used and the tires looked like they were cleaned too. A very good job, great service.

    I have been leasing trucks from Castle for over 10 years. Recently I switched from Chevy to Dodge. Castle Chrysler took care of me quickly and was able to get me into my next lease without a problem. Everyone there was very helpful. I would recommend Castle to anyone looking to avoid the high pressure stereotype that comes with vehicle sales

    The salesman we delt with was C.J. Abdin. He was great and very easy to tall with and I believe he worked hard on our behalf. He was able to answer all of our questions. We felt we were treated fairly and have no complaints. We met with Nate Swanson for the financial part for the sales and he was also very personable and helpful.

    After having my work vehicle for 5 days the service department said they did not have time to fit my vehicle in for service. I would not recommend this service department to anyone.
