    My Jeep was part of a recall and while I could go into great detail on all the waiting for parts (9 weeks in the shop- over 2 months) or all the tedious labor they had to do to rebuild the top half of my engine, I won’t, because all that was handled beautifully by the mechanic. I want to tell you about how great the service department is, especially Nick! He went over and above on a very long and unique repair. He stayed in touch with me! Calling me to give me updates even when it wasn’t good news. He got me loaner cars for the entire 9 weeks and even had my Jeep detailed and washed and looking like new. He didn’t have to do that. But this is how they treat their customers. Like family. I’m just glad I bought the extended warranty. Whew! Thank you for taking care of my baby!

  • Won‘t revisit again.

    I went to Castle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Naperville this Thursday for an engine check. My engine light was on 10 days ago and I parked at my garage without driving it. I told the employee there that I have a battery issue cuz I have to jump start my car but I want to do the my engine check which is the reason why I made the appointment. He said for engine diagnosis, I need to pay $200 which I agree. After 15 min, he went back to me saying I have a battery issue and have to change my battery to do the engine test. And for doing a battery change, they asked for almost $800. And without that, they cannot do anything. I just changed my battery at Midas 3 month ago and I want to go back to them. And he said then I have to pay the diagnosis fee which is $200. I argued back and end up paying $100 but I still have my car problem unresolved and end up paying for $100 for an answer I have already known about. Also, your guys refuse to do the recall for me because of the battery issue. Anyway, I am really disappointed at this time. I don't think I will revisit tbh.

    Thrilled at the high end service that was provided by Mario Giannese the Service Director and his team. They went above and beyond to help with the repair of both our vehicles. The pick up and drop off service was exceptional and such a help with our very busy work schedules. They not only repaired our cars but returned our vehicles fully detailed and looking like new. In a world where service seems to be lacking they are truly number 1 in making sure the consumer is well taken care of and satisfied. I will not go anywhere else! I would highly recommend any service for any vehicle to Castle Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge of Naperville. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience. Liz Suarez

    The team at Castle, mostly new with the ownership change of this dealer, went above and beyond in diagnosing the problem with our 2019 Jeep Renegade Limited. They provided a loaner and spent 2 weeks chasing down the problem.
