2nd time was a charm

I didnt like how i was treated nor did they listen to what i wanted. I called the owner the next… day. And after talking to him ( thanks by the way) i decided to go back a few days later. As i walked up to the door i was met by MICHAEL STRAMAGLIA who introduced me to JUSTIN STUBBLEFIELD. Both where kind, pleasant and nice. They were Very professional throughout the entire process. I must say that the did have to put in some work to get me financed for the exact car that i wanted originally. Thanks guys. My husband was unable to come with me and I was quite nervous as I had never bought nor leased a car before. My salesman… (Barth Eastman) could not have made me feel more comfortable throughout the whole experience. He was so friendly and helpful and he made what I usually consider a difficult task easy and convenient. His customer service is awesome and I always feel if I need anything in regards to my Equinox I can call and he will take care of it. A little over a year later, when my husband and I were looking for a car for our daughter, Barth helped us again. Both my daughter and husband commented on how much they liked Barth. This time our experience was just as pleasant. In fact everyone we dealt with at Phillips was very nice and helpful.
