My New Car Purchase
by Judith56 on 12/09/2016My experience with Phillips Chevrolet in Lansing, IL was one of the experiences Ive had in a very long time, and I can say with honesty, that Barth Eastman, my sales representative, was the reason I had such a great experience in… purchasing my 2017 Chevy Equinox. He was professional, had a great sense of humor, which helped me to relax and not stress out, very upfront and seemed to genuinely care about what I could afford and where I wanted to be as far as my car payment. He worked with me, along with Justin Stubblefield, and if it werent for their dedication, Im not sure I would have purchased a vehicle at that time. I have been driving Chevys for the past 10-15 years and I love Chevy vehicles. When I decide to purchase another vehicle, I will definitely take my business to Phillips Chevrolet in Lansing, IL. He greeted us at the door with welcoming arms and a big smile. Overall the service was exceptional… I have never been in and out of a dealership with such quickness and professionalism. Phillips Chevrolet put me on New Roads

Amazing experience from a first time buyer!

His personality and warm smile immediately made us feel like family. He… answered all of our questions no matter how small or repetitive.
