Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing

My first visit was horrible, i was helped by james major and donna lee. Donna went as far to say that i had champagne taste ( being sarcastic). I didnt like how i was treated nor did they listen to what i wanted. I called the owner the next day. And after talking to him ( thanks by the way) i decided to go back a few days later. As i walked up to the door i was met by MICHAEL STRAMAGLIA who introduced me to JUSTIN STUBBLEFIELD. Both where kind, pleasant and nice. They were Very professional throughout the entire process. I must say that the did have to put in some work to get me financed for the exact car that i wanted originally. Thanks guys. Charmane H.
