Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing

This was my second experience working with Phillips Chevrolet. The first time I went there to lease a car by myself. My husband was unable to come with me and I was quite nervous as I had never bought nor leased a car before. My salesman (Barth Eastman) could not have made me feel more comfortable throughout the whole experience. He was so friendly and helpful and he made what I usually consider a difficult task easy and convenient. His customer service is awesome and I always feel if I need anything in regards to my Equinox I can call and he will take care of it. A little over a year later, when my husband and I were looking for a car for our daughter, Barth helped us again. Both my daughter and husband commented on how much they liked Barth. This time our experience was just as pleasant. In fact everyone we dealt with at Phillips was very nice and helpful. Because of their wonderful customer service, Phillips will always be our first choice. Thanks so much to all the employees at Phillips for making car buying such a great experience!
