    Vince Balachia at Napoleon's Kia of Elmhurst is the reason my family regularly considers disowning me! Here’s the backstory: I was born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, so my DNA is imprinted with the “Big 3”. I must also confess that my grandparents worked for Chrysler and my dad currently works for Ford. Still, I absolutely love driving the Kia Soul and have been zipping around town in one model year or another since 2010. And, every one of them I have bought from Vince Balachia! Vince is a major factor in my loyalty to Kia despite any potential family conflicts. When I need a new ride, Vince is my go-to guy.

    I was in a terrible accident with a Semi Tractor with a dump trailer attached, totaled my vehicle so I was in need of a new vehicle. I went on Cargurus.com and Cars.com and typed in my selection as well as up to a 500 mile radius. I found exactly what I was looking for at Napletons and called in. The young woman turned me over to David Escobar (salesman) and he did a phenomenal job from start to finish! He did everything to make my shopping/buying experience the very best from our negotiations to the delivery of the vehicle. Additionally, Leslie in F & I did an exceptional job as well, making sure I understood every detail of the purchase. Thank you Napletons Acura Kia for making me a very happy customer!

    Kyle Gonzalez was a fantastic rep and handled us in a timely manner and satisfied all my needs, worries and concerns in getting me into my new 2016 Sorento. couldn't of asked for a different rep to handle my needs,. When you think that dreams don't come true well I'm a believer cause Kyle did just that he made my dreams come true and got me what I wanted and needed.     I recently went to elmhurst Kia to see what types of lease options they had. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from here and once again my experience was fantastic. Pawel was extremely helpful and polite. He answered all of my wife's and I questions. He showed us all the details of the vehicles that we looked at and he helped us choose the best one for me and my family. He worked diligently to find all discounts he could to get us the best deal and get us a car within our budget. My experience during this process was amazing and easy and I will definitely be a returning customer for my future vehicles.

    I just purchased my first new car and I am nothing less than pleased I returned to Ed Napleton because of the great experience I had whenever I brought in my Kia Optima for repairs I had previously owned a used (4 years old )Kia Optima. It was still under warranty for some repairs. Each time that I came in for service I was happy with how fast and thorough they were and reasonably priced. So when it was time for me to consider buying a new car, I had received a letter in the mail for pre- approval. Looking at their website also encouraged me to come in. When I arrived , I was greeted at the door and felt welcomed and attended to by all of the staff, not just Vince who helped me. I didn't expect to buy a "new" new car, just new to me. The prices and incentives that they gave me made me excited to hand over the keys to my Mercedes Benz. I have more updated features and the confidence that being the only one to own this car there will be no surprises. I will be returning for my scheduled services in the future.

  • Most Horrible Ever

    Oh where to begin..... starts off with 4 hours of completely unnecessary "negotiating" when we made it perfectly clear what we could afford. The it took two weeks to even find out if a bank would except us for a loan. We called over and over and over again only to get put on hold, hung up on and never called back when we left messages. When we did finally get a call back all we got was excuses as to why everything was so messed up When the car was taken for a test drive and it pulled very hard to the right, told them the only way we would buy the car was if they fixed it. They told us it was only the alignment and that they would fix it. That they didn't put UNSAFE vehicles in their lot. Yet while we were still waiting for the response from the finance department my husband discovered that due to the alignment being so bad the threads were actually showing on both back tires. That is extremely unsafe (that is a blowout waiting to happen). My husband then had to make the appointment for the cars alignment to be fixed and the tires to be replaced they also discovered the brakes we also bad on both sides. So this was at least 2 major unsafe things on the car that needed to be repaired, even though they inspect all their cars because they don't have unsafe cars on their lot. (yeah right). When the repairs were finally competed the steering wheel would still shake when doing over 60 and he explained that to them but was told that can be normal right after an alignment (which we both know is not correct) So my husband took the car to Firestone to have them look at it only to find out that the front rim is completely bent. So while the repair man at the dealership may have looked at the rear of the car because that was were we stressed was the main issue they never even looked at the front. If they had they would have noticed the rim was bent, and I don't get that because if there was all of that other stuff wrong with the car I would like to think that if it were me looking at the car I would have looked at the whole thing being they did such a poor job looking it over before putting it on the lot and now it's going to a person who is going to be driving it. That car was so completely unsafe that I just can not believe it. Our salesman was AWESOME but the problem was he was new so any questions about the car itself was always "I don't know I will look that up for you (but he never did) or "I need to talk to my manager about that" All and all from start to finish it took us about 3 weeks to get the car. 2 weeks of just waiting to find out if we were even getting the car (the whole time we were driving the car though) and then about another week while it was being repaired and its still not completely fixed. We have to take it in again. I am not a first time buyer this is our 5th time buying a car and out of all of my experiences this was by far the absolute worst. I will NEVER be buying another car from them again!!!!!!

    I highly recommend anyone to consider Ed Napleton in Elmhurst, IL. I was in need of a vehicle and their staff was very helpful and informative with everything I needed and was looking for; they asked every question I had, and provided great service on all the potential options I was able to choose on. Financially, they were very flexible and willing to work with my budget, and they even checked up with me after the purchase to make sure I liked the vehicle and there were no problems. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone, and I highly recommend getting a Kia from there too! Great car, and Great service.

    Do not buy a car from Ed Napleton, Kia/Acura of Elmhurst. They are incompetent [non-permissible content removed] and don't care about your satisfaction after the purchase. A service guy stole from my mother's car. I paid to have my windshield wipers replaced , waited for this to happen, drove away and they were not replaced. Had to bring my car back one week later for what should have been done when I paid for them. My Bluetooth is not working on my new Kia. Three attempts were made to fix it and it still does not work. My windshield/return oil-change sticker is always accurate but my mother's, who does not speak English, always has her return 2,000 miles early. My brother replaced the air filter himself prior to bringing in his new Kia for an oil change and was lied to when told it was filthy and needed to be replaced. One week after the purchase, my steering alignment was off and was told that it's because not all streets are completely flat. After insisting on speaking to a manager, an adjustment was made, confirming the alignment was off. After reporting the above (and other incidents), the general manager told me that I will not be compensated because I am only one unhappy customer of thousands happy customers.
