    Service at Brilliance Subaru was a pleasure. I was in a very comfortable surrounding with refreshments available. The people (Derek and Titi Lopez) were very knowledgeable and friendly.

    I was greeted promptly, informed of the services to be performed and quoted a time of 45 minutes. The work was done in 30 minutes and the service writer went over all the things checked.

    I was very satisfied with the service I received on Saturday 4/19/25 to my Subaru Forester. My advisor, Adam Manella explained everything, I understood the work to be done and the cost. He provided a loaner to me at no charge so I didn't have to wait at the shop. Helped me get all my errands run!! I will return to Brilliance Subaru for any future care maintenance. I will also recommend Brilliance to anyone!

    From the intake process with Adam, the text updates feature and the final wrap up everything was great. Adam explained everything, gave me a heads up on some pre-paid oil changes that expire later in the year and listened to some other minor issues that needed to be addressed and ensured they were cared for

    Had to have bearings replaced in both rear tires and 1 front tire. to me very expensive, but I love Brilliance and they treat me with respect and they know me when I pull in and this is the only reason I will buy Subaru. Is because of them.

    Brought my car in for a battery check. Turns out there was a recall notice on the Starlink app that covered the charge. Since I don't use that service, they disconnected it and confirmed my battery was in great shape.

    Adam in Service was really great. When I arrived to pick up my Forester he explained that after a technician test drove the car he found a minor issue that needed to be resolved. Glad I didn't leave only to have to come back. Also appreciated the new checkout system. Very efficient.
