Their detail to every step of the process was impressive. Great communication. Friendly people. Dog friendly and a… dog park to boot. Definitely number one in my book.I like the service I receive

Excellent service

Recently, my daughter took the car in for me because I’m recovering from surgery. She mentioned twice… how nice the people in the shop were to her. The service dept. was accommodating in handling both vehicles on one appointment. Their diagnosis of the Forester was… thorough, and the repairs were quickly completed. My advisor, Adam Manella explained everything, I understood the work to be done and the cost. He provided a loaner to me at no charge so I… didn't have to wait at the shop. Helped me get all my errands run!! I will return to Brilliance Subaru for any future care maintenance. I will also recommend Brilliance to anyone!Deborah, Thank you so much for the wonderful review! Bearings replaced in both rear tires and 1 front tire
