I also love the fact that there was awesome snacks and awesome coffee, mochas, and… other optional fancy drinks available for free to the customers waiting.Routine Service

Melinda and John Lim in finance listened to what was important to me, recommended the best option and got me out… of there with the best deal in record time. I wish everything life was this easy. The process was transparent and the… salespeople articulate, patient and attentive. For someone not looking to spend hours negotiating back and forth, I would highly recommend FJ Audi. Everyone was straightforward about the numbers and trying to find a car (lease) that met my needs in the most economical way. I left the dealership feeling so good about the experience (which I had not expected following excruciating many-hour back-and-forths at other dealerships) that I returned a couple hours later to sign.Great Service Experience

by chifella on 09/13/2015Typical Fletcher Jones experience, which means it was pretty seamless. They went above and beyond to get me home and pick me up, which was much appreciated and so convenient. The only thing they could improve is coordination of courtesy… vehicle pickup and having the car washed and ready for when I arrived. I assumed that when I scheduled the courtesy vehicle to pick me up at a certain time that it would be connected to when my car should be ready. Alas, you have to contact a separate number for that. Aside from that, the experience was great!Why I return here.

I… am very satisfied with the service, particularly praised the employee to Joe that I was standing at your service all the time, and once again to thank you for your cooperation and assistance. I already have a car that I bought in the dealership I am overwhelmed, so this is another good experience with them. I would recommend it to everyonewindow tint and scratch
