Scheduled Maintenance: A OK

Typical Fletcher Jones experience, which means it was pretty seamless. They went above and beyond to get me home and pick me up, which was much appreciated and so convenient. The only thing they could improve is coordination of courtesy vehicle pickup and having the car washed and ready for when I arrived. I assumed that when I scheduled the courtesy vehicle to pick me up at a certain time that it would be connected to when my car should be ready. Alas, you have to contact a separate number for that. Aside from that, the experience was great!
