Great Service Experience

The service department at Fletcher Jones is first class. They greet you right away, take care of you in a prompt and friendly manner, and give you an accurate time when your car will be ready. They offered me a loaner and really made me feel like I was in good hands. Jon made the whole experience pleasurable and unlike any car dealership experience I have had before.
