    I was happy with time of service of one hour how ever the 10 point inspection wasn't done. My tires only had 22 on some and 26 PSI and I had to inflate all tires. They also left loose two caps lying on top of the engine probably could have ended up in the Fan blades one was about 1 1/2 inches square and the other was a small one probably from battery change. I asked if they checked my tires and the front desk said yes (not his fault). So I am not too happy.

    Went to the service department for a quick job. Had to get the front GLI badge replaced on my GLI. The “I” had fell off. It was done quick, easy, and hassle free.

    I had the BEST experience at AutoNation Volkswagen Savannah. I had just started my car buying process and I'm so glad they were my first (and only) stop. I was instantly greeted by Ron. Not "salesey", not aggressive, just very kind. Listened to what I was looking for and understand my requests. Took me on a couple of test drives to make sure that I liked the way each model drove. After the test drive, I knew I loved the car but I was unsure about the financial piece as this was my first time buying a brand new car and trading in an old car. Ron made sure the process was seamless. He understood I was focused on my monthly payment and worked hard to discuss and review numbers with me to make sure my monthly payment fell in line with my budget. I did go home and think about the offer before purchasing but he answered all my questions quickly. I returned within a couple of hours and the buying and trading process was effortless. The GM, Bradley, even came around and greeting me during the purchasing process and assured me if I ever needed anything, to give him a call. I was truly just so happy with my experience from the discovery process, to the buying process, to the financing process, it was all made SO effortless. I am looking forward to going back for my regular maintenance as they entire team was wonderful. I'd give it 10 stars if I could!!

  • 2008 Volkswagen 100,000 Repair

    We are just trying to keep our old 2008 Volkswagen Beetle in running order, as it does not appear that Volkswagen will be returning this classic model to their car offerings in the near future. Being precluded from purchasing a new Beetle, we attempt to maintain the older version! We live at the beach and there is no better beach vehicle than the Beetle! AutoNation is now the third iteration of a Volkswagen dealership in the same location in Savannah, Georgia. We acknowledge we have an older car, and are devoted to the vehicle. Here is our assessment of our visit: Positives: -William is a great service representative. He is a model of affability and honesty. -The waiting area is situated in the sells area, which actually works well, and allows for computer usage -Dealership is clean and accessible. -Repairs were carried out in a timely fashion. Negatives: -AutoNation had essentially no vehicle history of our car, but this could be the fault of the previous dealerships. -It would seem to be incumbent on AutoNation to build up their stock of Volkswagen vehicles. There is demand in area, but a shortage of vehicles. -AutoNation needs to add at least a picture of the forthcoming Microbus to their lobby to "manage" our excitement! Thank you. Dr. Lee Cheek

    After purchasing my VW through a 3rd party vendor I decided on VW dealership to have a few parts replaced. The salse parts employee was super helpful and made my experience more comfortable by helping me make a personalized hot cup of Frappuccino. I was able to ask additional questions and he insured me that I made a good purchase. Fast and friendly service. No appt required, I randomly drove up.

  • Purchased a used car

    I give it 0 stars! I wasn't impressed with my Sales Representative Zac Scott. They were not forthcoming with the purchase agreement. I ended up purchasing extras that they didnt explain. Once I received the paperwork and my Husband went through it line by line we had more questions than answers. I was told if I get the 125000 bumper to bumper warranty than i have to use the Auto Nations lenders. I asked if the warranty was included with the vehicle purchase and he said Yes. I didnt know it was an up charge of $4400. Then we seen the $700 upcharge that we didnt even need because we read that in the paperwork. They were very evasive and manipulated. If the sales crew was right then they wouldnt have needed to refund me $700. I have a refund of $700.00 check coming in the mail. Then there are somethings wrong with the car. The headlight piece is missing and Zac said it will be attached when I get my vehicle. The vehicle needed to stay there for a detail and to put that headlight piece on and it wasnt. The start / stop has an error and needs to be fixed. There is a drivers side tire that is damaged. May 30th i U I Purchased the vehicle. The Service Deparment needed addition time to work on it before releasing it to me so I opted to leave it there, Zac said Service will do a complete detail, they didnt Do a full service detail. The service crew are Lazy. We took the vehicle to a car wash and it looks much better. They gave the vehicle to me like that with all those componets wrong which is terrible! The interest rate is too high and I asked but they didnt tell me the interest rate. I am very disappointed in the tranaction process. I went against my better judgement wit And didnt use USAA because of the lies. The sales group lied to me otherwise i would have used the Auto Loan with USAA. I spoke to my bank USAA and in 60 days I will be refinancing. You suck it Auto Nation & Ally Financial All [non-permissible content removed] ! I will be taking my vehicle to a legitate VW dealership for servicing. I won't allow Auto Nation Lazy service crew to touch My VW Atlas.

  • Seems as if they didn’t care

    I brought my car in, was automatically offered very expensive maintenance packages and I turned them down. Was there for over two hours. When I was informed my car was ready, I was walked directly to my car without any run down of what they inspected or any recommendations. I asked if there were any recommendations, then I was walked back to the service desk and they looked for my paperwork and said no. When I got to my car there was no evidence that they used floor or seat covers. Plus, five minutes driving away from the dealership then an indicator light turned on.

    My experience was amazing. Mr. Will took my car in at last minute, got my car fixed, and also got my brakes done for me at a better price than in Jacksonville 100% will recommend and come back. He knew the time crunch, and he made it happen 100% satisfied.

    It was a great experience. My sales person, Mike Lowe, was so nice and great in knowing the car and how the features work. Helping me understand the technical features. Sales Mgr worked great at getting me the very best deal and financing that fit my needs. The CFO was very polite and very helpful too. Everyone was great!
